Mam! Pag hoba variety menu ang itatayo kailangan hobang un resto malaki ?

Hindi po maam kahit variety po hindi naman necessary na malaki din agad ang resto if we r talking about space po. Though i want to say naman din na kung ung menu list mo maam requires different cooking techniques and would require u to have different kinds of equipment then I would say na it can affect ur space reqt pra sa kitchen.
