What is a MaxiSpace and what is a PowerDisc?
MaxiSpace is a model made by KONE that eliminated the need of a counterweight, since the roping system can compensate for that. The PowerDisc is the motor that the MaxiSpace models use, which are smaller than EcoDisc.

It is a shame for kone to have installed such an ugly elevator in such a magnificent building.

The elevator is not that ugly, but they should have left more of the old elevator that has been there before. More than just a few hoistway doors that even don´t have a function anymore.
