- Deciding to venture into farming full time, stay committed and resilient made me not only rich but brought me lot of opportunities.
Dr. Kamasa was a 47 year old professional banker but after many years of working in the financial sector, he said the rewards were nothing to write home about hence together with his wife who was also a teacher, resigned from their jobs and invested their resources into agriculture.
If you are still in doubt about farming, watch this interview now and thank me later.

Add PROCESSING FACTORIES - tin, canned, bottled tomatoes etc. to avoid your produce getting rotten. That is what causes disappointment, leading to every youth searching for non-existing white collar job. Secondly, make sure there is proper IRRIGATION to avoid loosing your crops to dry seasons. Thank you.
This man is such a humble man.. the first time I met him and told him my intentions for farming, he openly encouraged me…
I need to meet with him, hope you can help me out
I need to meet with him, hope you can help me out
The scale of farming is so inspiring. It's a great dream but I love the knowledge being shared. Lots of love from 🇺🇬 UG

Great work, thank you very much.
Impressive! Proof that it can be done.
Thanks for sharing.
She asks excellent questions. Allowing the interviewee answer the questions more fully will serve viewers well. Overall Great show, just subscribe.
We have been buying Tomatoes from Ghana a long time ago in Nigeria, the market is big hear
I am interested in farming, currently I am in the United States, but planing on going back to Liberia, West Africa. Farming is one thing I am thinking about how did you build your greenhouse

You could have asked him about the farm's lifeblood, the water sourcing.😁🤣
I believe anytime i move to my dreaming journey which is farming we should meet you are my mentor because you inspire me a lot
Thank you
@@theghanaianfarmer can I get man contact so we link up. Thanks 🙏

Thanks for this video and very educative. Keep up the good work and since you are yet to be married please don't rush ..... give us the diasporians the chance to win your ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
Go get a life.
Good job girl 👍
It was a great video with wonderful insights about farming which I found to be inspiring. With no intent to disrepect or discredit him, i suggest that his statement that Ghana is bigger than Ukraine should be doubled checked, because Google tells me Ukraine is bigger both by land mass and population than Ghana. That notwithstanding, great video. Well done and keep up the good work Sir.
Lots of VIDEOS from thus guy plz
Great job
Very nice guy👍
Yes Yes HELLO my African Family thank you subscribed it's BEAUTIFUL 😊😊
Welcome home 😊
Good job..
WHEN ISEE AFRICA ...I SEE PARADISE....AFRICANS IN PARADISE.....GLORY BE TO OUR MOST HIGH FATHER.......
Very informative
what an interesting Career. I can honestly say, I don't think one damn person in the USA would even consider moving from banking to farming.
Great inspiration. There's hope for us. Where in Ghana is Dr. located and his farm name?
Very inspiring and proud of the evolution, Africa is growing and the future is in Africa. Can you tell me please, which greenhouse is used and where to buy the same greenhouse. Thank you and God bless mama Africa and all our brothers and sisters who wish to contribute to the development of agriculture.
One thing we need to be mindful of is the origin of the seed. The gmo crops that ngos and aid agencies are likely to support and promote. What is contained within them. Just as they can be programmed to be resistant to disease they can be bio engineered to create outcomes that are detrimental to us in Africa.
A very insightful show, well done Dr. Kamasa. However I have some positive criticism just for improvement. I think the host needs to be a lot patient with her questions, to listen more coz it looks like your not letting him finish answering the questions
Imports the seeds...must be dirt cheap if he is making a huge profit considering how seed there is expensive or poor quality. Also when you say millionaire what currency are you referring to?
The faces are a little bit dark though. Because you are avoiding the sun. But the video in all is beautiful.
Plus the farmer is really sharing how he started everything step by step
Good interview but the issue of land acquisition was not highlighted. This is a major issue in the country
Africans should focus on farming.there is money..guys remember the more people u see.those are all stomachs to feed.these rich guys looks at that. Count every head with just 2 dollars.if u do good job i mean planting good stuff. People will buy yr goods.these leaders u c they look at that.on daily basis.50 million people.50 million dollars.just 1 dollars per head.hope all Africans can look at this there is money in farming.the things we study.its not in Africa.but people need food.so if possible guys lets look at this....
This is very true. Farming is the way to Go.
Buy a TRACTOR.
Impressive, how do we get into contact with them, business wise thanks
it's looks like everything is export, export and export. How come food is very expensive in Ghana 🇬🇭 because export export and export shame
Are there tools to make it easy for me to farm with less labour ?
Hi. Enyonam,
Would you, please, give us the full business contact of this farm and how to set up an appointment with you for more "instructional materials" on Agricultural investments in Ghana?
Kindly check for this update. I'm posting it now. We are traveling to Mr. Kamasa Farm to meet him in person
Thanks.
please what is the company's name ...?
I wish he could answer the question of how much he invested it was a great question
He skirted that question. He mentioned he leases the land. Based on observation, I can tell the land is not very productive. It appears like there must be government subsidies or some other form of assistance provided to help him manage this operation. Free labor in exchange for food is probably taking place here.
@@candiworld86 thank you candi for your great job you have no idea how inspiring your contents with those great farmers are,🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽♥️

Thank you and keep up the good works
Dear,
The farm owner is / was not giving straight forward answers to the questions asked.
Missed opportunity to provide me with a clear invitation to do a "feasibility study" of my own.
For example;
1. He couldn't give us the initial cost (cedis) of acreage he started with. Rather, he said: saving from his wife...; how much plus what??
2. The cost of a green house the lady asked; how much did he say?
3. Many other questions he didn't or couldn't have answered.
Anyway, thanks for the little l got from the interview. Good job, young lady. Keep it up. I like the interview though. Thanks.
Can I get a job there
Call him Kamasa 0244196228
Lol... you're yet to marry. She's advertising herself indirectly.
The interviewer should stop those hmmm, hmmm, ok, ok. It's distracting. You must not react to ever statement made. Good interview though very inspiring
Please help me the number of this farmer please.
Great interview, but please stop interrupting the guest.. let them finish answering the questions first. Otherwise I enjoyed the interview
very true , most of her interviews has been like that , but apart from that she’s doing great job , kudos to you Enyonam 😊
