Nobu's deisgn reminds me of Tanya Degurechaff from Youjo Senki. I love it, it has such a large contrast compared to the other servants with either a more traditional or older feeling. For example, Okita Souji would be more traditional and the Hassans would look like they are from the past with their torn black cloaks and skull masks. Especially gramps.

Conclusion : This avenger nobu is simply the same as Nobu Archer, just progress to her future at each ascension
Also, it is strange that this Nobu, considered to be more " evil ", treat with Chacha more gently in a more formal manner
They are 3 different Nobu form different timeline-World : The one we know , the Male one and the Mahou one still they end up the same...
Maoh Nobu said Nobu Archer/Berserker is her " copy ". This is no different timeline, it's the same Nobu of Koha Ace, but represent different period in her life. The Kipposhi one is the time when Nobu pretended to be a boy, as " the fool of Owari ". Maoh Nobu is when Nobu grown up with all the political power and reputation. Just different time period instead of " timeline "

And this Guda Guda, there are bunch of Nobu since beginning, so no, not really alternative timeline. Nobu Avenger said herself that Archer and Berserker Nobu are her own copies. Multiple copies of a heroic spirit could present at the same time.
IIRC, third ascension is actually the demon king, and not just having that as a title.

Reading Fate/Type Redline, Nobu is truly a Demon King of the Six Heavens. She is honestly scary in a normal Holy Grail war, a super unstable Servant that needs a lot of caution just being around, kinda like Gilgamesh, the childish personality she puts on is just that, a mask, you can really see her true side in the manga. I love her but she honestly scares me. She will and can kill you in a moment's notice if you displeases her, the Fgo version of her is just a little tone down since she is also working with a lot of other servants.

It's quite disappointing Kiposshi and Maou Nobu don't have a voiceline with Og Okita.

Fun fact that the wiki didn't tell you:the skeleton she summoned on her Noble Phantasm (every version even berserker) is called gashadokuro,it's a creature from a Japanese myth
It can't die and it will only disappear after all the negatives energy inside it's body ran out and yeah mythically he's a giant too,its a manifestation of the hatred of the dead towards the living or a strong feeling of emotion the dead still carries even in the after life like revenge or vengefulness

Fujimaru Ritsuka can Handle Oda Nobunaga Avenger Class Servant.
Chaldea/The Wandering Sea handles the mana, while Ritsuka handles HR. So that the Servants summoned won't turn the entire place into hell with their antics.
The more I hear her "Win Win" the more I think she would get along with Kars.

Come to think of it, since this Nobbu has lines for nearly all of the participants of the Imperial Holy Grail War, this all seems to be a foreshadowing of a story change from the original concept in KOHA-ACE... Maybe Archer is not even an Archer in the first place in the real Imperial Holy Grail War...
