    Adhesive product evaluation/development is an underserved market, you are over the target mate, great going for the courage to experiment with adhesives, many people need this information, but are not brave enough to experiment, keep up the great work, your much-needed information is greatly appreciated, good to see you back posting again!

    Been using dis glue about a month now & liking it. especially on lace & doesn't melt @ 20 odd degrees like ultra hold , I reckon it was designed 4 lace .but there not gonna tell us that , can be more difficult to remove from poly then ultrahold , but I still give it d 👍👍👍up

    I had that none tacky hold and it created a crystalize effect on poly which was hard to get off. Had it coming off in like 2 days. Just like walker signature smh. I think they're scamming us now. Let us know how long of a hold u got.

    OMG im so confused. So do i used tape or glue or both? Do i apply the glue to the tape or what? I want a partial system because i dont have much hair loss, just for the front. With this, do i need to glue it down or tape it down? Does it depend on and factors like material? please help.

    • @StickOnHair
      @StickOnHair  Před 3 lety +2

      Nobody uses tape at the front hairline - it doesn't look right - people seem to use it at the perimeter. I don't use tape at all. Glue is hard to get accurate at the front hairline when you have a lace hairpiece, even when you use tape marking or tan marking to show where you need the glue to end. Poly thin skin is the best solution for the front hairline because you can apply glue to the poly itself and then make it land on its own glue with 100% accurately. Do this only after you have stuck down the back half so it doesn't move around and squish glue all over your forehead. I see no reason whatsoever to use tape for a front partial. Lace is troublesome - I would say advanced, but it looks perfect at the perimeter where the hairpiece and your natural hairs meet. The front hairline should always be poly in my opinion. For you, the easiest combination without having to think about it is this:
      1. A stock 0.03mm poly hairpiece
      www.lordhair.com/s22-stock-ultra-thin-skin-mens-hairpieces.html Unfortunately they are not selling 6 packs during the pandemic hair shortage crisis, but make sure you don't run out!
      2. Davlyn Green Glue
      www.hairdirect.com/store/attachment/liquidadhesive/davlynwaterproofliquidadhesivecleargreenlabel05ounce
      3. Peroxide for the hairline

      @@StickOnHair Thank you for getting back to me, i have been watching your videos all day hehe.
      With the poly, will this be breathable for me, i tend to sweat allot on my hair line esp when dancing or working out in gym.
      I saw your custom make video where you ordered a 6 by 12 rectangle, i thought this might be a good option for me also, and just cut out a bit for my front? Do you have any thoughts on this? I am talking to a customer rep from LordHair but am not sure exactly what to ask for and language is a barrier. I did post your video to them ^^. Is this specification okay;
      Density: Medium
      Size*: 6(inch) Horizontal by 12(inch) Vertical
      Colour: 2 or 3 (im not sure atm) i have dark brown hair
      Stiching: Vloop sown Horizontal from top to bottom
      Material: French lace
      (Or as you suggested A stock 0.03mm poly hairpiece)
      White hair: 0%
      Ondulation: Straight
      Knots: Bleached
      I suspect custom make will take allot longer though right?
      Im also worried as this is my first time buying, how to get my head measurements for width and length. Do i want to go back as far as you do even though i have hair their? Or should i just focus on the bits that are missing which is about 1.5 ish inch from my desired hairline across about 6 ish inch across.

      @@Stsebastian8900 Poly is not breathable but its the lesser of two evils - lace is a mess. You're just wearing a small partial anyway so its safe, and the sweat problem is bad with lace as well. I ordered 4 custom pieces in June and still havent received them all. Covid is a bitch. Stock pieces arrive within a week. Bleached knots are compulsory if you choose lace, but there are no knots with thin skin so that order doesn't strictly make sense. I agree with everything else. Get poly thin skin, not lace if you can help it. Make sure its MEDIUM DENSITY - they sent me a medium-light density custom piece and its a total fail. Your hair would need to be darker than mine for Dark Brown 3. I wear Medium Dark Brown 4. Custom is better than stock but takes MONTHS to arrive instead of stock that arrives in 1 WEEK. Watch my UNBALD NOW playlist for the quick 8 steps needed to do everything. Don't run out of hair. Just focus on shaving back until your hair is missing - the smaller the shave zone, the more hair pieces you can get. The back half of stock thin skin hair pieces are shit for partials - so if you are patient, you should get the 6x12 rectangle. I can cut 3 pieces from that. You will get 4. Each hairpiece lasts 1-2 months so buy a sufficient amount. Maybe buy 2 of those rectangles so you'll get 8 pieces (8 months). You will screw up the first couple of hairpieces because you're new and everyone makes a mess the first time. You need to make a stencil as shown in my UNBALD NOW playlist here: czcams.com/video/toA5nmD1LYE/video.html
      You can make a stencil today if you want so you're ready. You need a hard piece of plastic like a lid. First, wet your hair, stick a clear plastic sandwich bag over your scalp and trace your bald area with a marker, then put that drawing under the lid and copy it, then cut that out. Now you have a stencil. When the hair arrives in a few months, you will trace your stencil onto the base and cut out a test hairpiece. You will need to use your foot so you have 3 hands when cutting. Wear a hat over the next few weeks starting today so people forget what your head looks like. That way it will be unnoticeable when you have a full head of hair in a couple of months. Then gradually take off your hat to show that its always been like this and you were never really balding at all.

      @@StickOnHair omg your such a babe thank you so much for all your time today I can't thank you enough. I met a boy and wanted to impress him so I brought a stock as you recommended today. I will use that when we meet in a few weeks, but I'll also order a custom as you said so I get 4 out of it and use that long term. I hope others read through these comments and learn from your experience also.
