I renewed my license june25 got it on. July 9 do maximum 10days waiting. Thank u pa rin at naka arrive ng maayos ang aking license
I renewed my nursing license three years ago, and back then it was quite easy. Previously, there was no need for a physical appearance to submit the renewal application, but now appointments are required? For what reason? How about overseas Filipino workers (OFWs)? Surely, we don't need to schedule appointments as we're in another country. This requirement was waived three years ago; all you had to do was apply online, and they would ship your renewed ID to your registered address. Perhaps I missed something in the instructions, but do we really need to set an appointment? Thank you for your response.
Shipping of PRC ID was introduced because of the COVID 19 pandemic but still there are other PRC Regional offices that offer the shipping option, however if you are an OFW, I dont think this will apply to you as they dont ship it overseas, however you may send a representative which is already included in the video if you have watched it properly.

Hello, yes po, you can still renew po, You can still renew without CPD (uutangin) until Dec. 31, 2024 po.

Just got home. Para Malaman nyo lang kung gaano kalaki perwisyo. Sana pag naisip nyo na magpatupad nang kasunduan siguraduhin nyong nakahanda. Saang university o private facilities merong inooffer na cpd?
San makakakuha nang cod units? Wala Makita kahit saan online? Ayaw magbbigay nang tomboy nyo. Lahat ba hinihingan?
Pakisiguro na Walang mabibigyan pag di magbbigay nang cpd. Wala Naman kahit ano inooffer online. Lahat ba nang gov't. Facilities Meron. San kukuha?
Need na po ba talaga physical appearance sa pag-renew? Kasi last renew ko i have it delivered lang door-to-door and kahit within metro manila lang available, naipadeliver ko pa rin sa Rizal. Ngayon, hindi na po ba pwede? Talagang pick up na lang sa appointment date?

Hello, sir. I was about to renew my account. However, when I logged on, wala po yung details ko. I am using the same prc account since my previous renewal. Tried clicking the edit button, pero ayaw ma edit para ma lagyan ng details. So if ever may transaction ako, hand written po ang details ko. Ok lang po ba yun?

After mo po maka select nung NCR Shipping, mag email ka po sa PRC NCR po para maka send po sila ng link kung saan ka po magbabayad para sa shipping po.

Follow the steps on the video lang po, then if OFW ka po, ipa present mo dun sa representative mo yung OEC mo po para waived po ang CPD mo po.

Hello Sir Good Day, magpapa appointment sana ako for Renewal sa PRC LERIS kaso hindi ko makita sa baba yung "CPD UNITS EARNED" ee may naearned naman ako na units andon sa CPDAS ko. Di ko nalang tinuloy ang pag papaappoint baka kase masayang yung payment kung yung yung basis nila na form for renewal. Tanong ko lang, magrereference pa din po ba sila sa CPDAS kahit hindi nakalagar sa LERIS na form? sana po masagot. Thank you.
Okay lang po yan, minsan ganyan po talaga, pero if meron po nakalagay sa iyong CPDAS then im pretty sure makikita po nila yan.
Hi sir May I ask po, mag renew po sana ng license for teacher may existing transaction na po for renewal pero hindi po napuntahan due to emergency. Ngayon po nag try kami mag create ng new transaction kasi balak ko irenew sa Manila. Yung existing transac kasi sa ibang lugar. Pero pag itatary po namin nakalagay po

Sad to say hindi ka na po pwede mag transact ulit, you have no choice but to complete your current transaction po.
Pag twice na po nag undertaking (2018 and 2021), 45 units na po ba ang need ko if magrerenew ako ngayong 2024?

Hello, pano po kaya to? May nagawa na kong leris acct kaso ang lumalabas pag nagsa sign in ako is account not exist. So nagtry ako mag forgot password pero ang notif naman is walang ganong email .. pls help, wala naman din response ang prc thru email..
Try to re-register daw po ulit, if may lumabas na NAME ALREADY REGISTERED then no choice ka po but punta ka sa nearest PRC office para ipa retrieve/reset ang iyong PRC LERIS Account po.

Hi, ask ko lang po, kakaprocess ko lang ng renewal sa leris website, ncr shipping delivery pinili ko sa appointment place, automatic na po ba yun idedeliver nila sa address ko? Wala kasing option na lumabas para sa shipping/delivery info
Hindi pa po, need mo pa po mag email sa PRC NCR para sa shipping address at payment mo po.

Expired license ko nung 2021 pa..nag pa sched ako ng appointment for renewal nung 2022 however due to some reasons I was not able to make the scheduled appointment. ngayon 2024 plan ko mag renew ng license unang tanong ko valid pa po ba yung renewal form ko nung 2022? if valid pa po ano po yung magiging new expiration date ko? nakalagay kasi dun 2025 eh..masusunod pa ba yun o babagohin ng PRC yun pag renew ko.. kasi another issue is pag nag select transaction ako online para sana kukuha ng bagong sched for renewal ayaw mag push through at nag error I still have 134 days bago pa maexpire license ko eh sobra na nga ako ng 3 years sa expiration. cinoconfirm ko lng bago ako pumunta ng PRC office at para di masayang punta ko at napakalayo ko sa PRC office. by the way 1st renewal ko to at aavail ko sana yung undertaking kaya sana magawan ko to ng paraan bago matapos ang taon..thanks po
Yes, valid pa po yun, need mo po siya iprocess para maclaim yung PRC ID na 2025 yung expiration, saka ka mag online ulit para maging 2028 yung expiration ng PRC ID mo po.

Not working currently, would they still consider my case given I will give all necessary docs (ex. Yung COGS doon po yan sa association/organization po ang CPD naman po is yung mga certificates/seminar/trainings mo po.

Hello, tanong ko lang po sana. Paano ba makakuha ng certificate of good standing kung expired na ang prc license ko. Nag try kasi ako mag process ng certification sa website pero di ako pwedi maka kuha kasi expire yung prc ko kailangan e renew. E pano po ma renew kung need din ng certificate of good standing para ma renew. Medjo confuse ako dito. Sana ma advisan po.

Nag expire na po kasi ang license ko noong 2021 pa po and magpaparenew na po ako now, my schedule is tomorrow po. Now my concern is about sa cpd units po.. I have certificates po na acknowledge ng prc ang kasu po mga year 2019-2020 pa po iyun .. hindi ko pa po nagagamit.. Tatanggapin pa po ba kaya iyun ? or magagamit ko pa po ba iyun ? ..

- they didnt issue me a physical copy of my license (just paper)
- even though it was paid for and CPDs are waived til Dec 2024
