നല്ലത് എന്ന് പറയുന്നില്ല. അതും ഒരു ഓപ്ഷൻ ആണ്.
പണ്ട് ആർക്കും വേണ്ടാതെ കിടന്ന സ്ഥലങ്ങൾ പൊന്നും വില ആയത്. അങ്ങനത്തെ സ്ഥലത്ത് പ്ലോട്ട് വാങ്ങിയാൽ ചിലപ്പോൾ mutual ഫണ്ടിനേക്കാൾ ലാഭം കിട്ടും.
അതേപോലെ വർഷങ്ങളായിട്ടും തീരെ വില കൂടാത്ത ചില സ്ഥലങ്ങളുമുണ്ട്.

Thank u so much for reply sir..I am in my late 30s and started investing recently...I am doing sip in nifty50 index, Midcap index and small cap index...and also one Navi nadaq 100 index funds...10 yrs minimum I would like to do this...do you think this is fine to continue or any suggestion ?
