This song needs subtitle, because this song comes before "Jadna Bosna suverena" as a prequel, and in this song Miro is asking Alija not to start any shit and is basically hoping for peace, and that he should give up on any kind of conflict, and this is being said after one of the first incidents in Bosnia, in Semberija (which is 95% Serb area) where the Muslims paramilitaries created over night literarly, tried taking over but were stopped among others by Arkan.
Then Alija accepted the peace agreement, and it looked like there wont be no conflict anymore, but only 8 days later Alija withdraw his signature from peace, and his Army started an offensive on Serb areas in which they got fucked badly, hence how "Jadna Bosna suverena" was made. :)

Panthers - one of the elite units of Republic of Srpska army, led by Ljubiša Savić "Mauser".
