Why It’s Hard for You to Save Money

  • The problem most people face no matter how much you make a year is that they don't actually live a lifestyle that saves them money. Too many people are buying houses too big for them, or cars that go faster than the speed limit allows, just because their check says they can when in reality it keeps you in the same spot. If you actually hold onto your money and save it instead of always spending, you will be able to invest it into something more long term than can propel you to the next level.

People are afraid to save and invest for 15 years and then have interest and mortgage free house but not afraid to take a 25 years mortgage and buying a house for 227,000€ that will cost them 381,000€ after 25 years of repayments at 4.33% interest rate if you make that far as health is not something you can buy or have endlessly....

I just got out of prison last October.
And have managed to save over $5,000 in a year.
I'd have a lot more but Michigan car insurance is high as hell.
I shop at the dollar tree and only buy groceries that are on sell.

I had PhP 1,300 in my wallet that I am saving for my three-day expenses to and from the office. I watched this video for the 4th time and pulled out the 1,000 bill and put it in my bank after realizing 300 is enough, even more than what I need. Took me this long to learn to save! Thank you, thank you! My partner is awesome for introducing these videos to me.

Everytime I save my money, something ends up coming up. Like I had money saved away and now I need 3-4 grand of work done on my teeth right away because of infections. And I had to spend over 100+ for pills for my infection. Then I have too pay my phone bill, (it's only about 45$), I have too pay rent I have no other choice I have found the cheapest apartment I could. But I still can't save. I don't buy takeout, I don't waste my money on clothes etc. I'm always broke because something that is a "need" comes up.

    Save more than you spend.
    Avoid consumer debt.
    Have multiple sources of income.
    Live on a budget.
People make some money and automatically fall into the trap of lifestyle inflation. Trying to be a baller, buying what they don't need and raising their expenses because their income increased. It's all about your mentality, continue to increase the gap between your income and expenses and you'll get the financial freedom you deserve!

If you spend $7 on a coffee each day, you'll spend $2,555.00 each year.
Add your S.O. coffee to the order every day and you'll spend $5,110.00 each year!
Eating out at $30 to $60 each day adds up to *$10,950.00 to $21,900.00!* per year!
Learn to cook and make your own coffee folks!

Personally, I've never had a problem cooking, in fact I'm normally done faster and am happier then when i go out for reggie's.

I did exactly that, cut out Starbucks and fast food, and I'm saving literally hundreds of dollars per month. It's fantastic. Like, I now have extra cash saved to fly home and see my family and all I had to give up were lattes and big Macs. Not to mention home cooked meals tend to be much healthier.
