What a Boss theme eh?

Beautiful arrangement, even though this route is by far the most tragic routes in terms of struggling so hard to save Rhea, only to be forced to kill her. There were no victors this battle, only survivors.
I actually havent even done this route yet. I just overheard the song and wanted to get it done. I'm hesitant on doing the Edegard routes because from what Ive seen in the others...I dont like her one bit.

True, but in terms of the canon ending, they seem to be heavily implying she doesn't survive.
Ashton Henry this comment broke my heart as an Edelgard lover, but I’d encourage doing her route. You learn about her intentions and why she does what she does, she is also a lot less crazy in CF as she has byleth.

Most fe fans want a final theme to be epic, but why would a this final theme be epic when the battle isn't supposed to be epic? This is the best final theme for me

The only track Thunder sounds better than Rain in
Noivern's Network Personally I would say shamballala area 17 redux thunder and blue skies and a battle thunder are also better than their rain variations
You forgot about God Shattering Star, Between Heaven and Earth, and Shamballala.
Jake I disagree with God-Shattering Star. The vocalist just adds so much to the soundtrack.
@@finalbossd but the orchestra in the thunder version has tons more to it, which makes up for it.
finalbossd i think a thunder theme is more defines by how it sets the setting for the battle. With the vocals removed, its sounds way more powerfull in battle. Thats my thoughts on thunder version though

Hearing The Apex of the World in BL route after finishing the church route was quite disappointing, I hope it grows on me. I liked A Funeral of Flowers instantly, but after I heard The Song of the Nabateans bit in it, I knew it would become my favourite theme in the whole game.

Agreed 100%. Sadly the majority opinion is the other way around. This track is incredibly underrated.
I would've enjoyed this song a lot more if the church final map wasn't so annoyingly tedious and this song got to repeat like 40 times. Because of that this song kinda of annoys me now lol.
@@sizzle5775 I agree with the tediousness bit, but my all time favorite Fire Emblem theme is End of All (Land) despite the fact that I only completed Conquest's Endgame on lunatic, and I can't stand the map itself.

For a thunder version, it doesn't sound so thunderous compared to the rest of the soundtrack. It's instead dramatic, sad, and beautiful.

I liked all of the final boss themes in all of the routes but from best to worst in my opinion, it’d be Apex of the World, Funeral of Flowers, and then God Shattering Will. The reason I chose Apex over Funeral was mainly cause of context. I played Church, BL, and GD route and the church route final boss didn’t really feel right because of the way it became the final boss.
