Those caviar phones are absolutely gorgeous. The theming and attention to detail is amazing. I like the design of the Titanic one a lot more though. It's still very classy, but more low key. The gold one is more in your face and the design shouts a bit more. But either way, they have created some very interesting and enjoyable designs.
Imagine someone buys a $91k iPhone 11 pro and then when the next phone comes out they either have to buy a new one or live with the fact that they spent almost 100,000 dollars on a phone that isn't even the newest model anymore.
People who buy 91k phones don't care even if they had to change the phone daily.
Anything under 500 000 is nothing to them and even 500k doesn't hurt to spend.

Considering gold and gemstones are commodity which retain their value, lunar rock is basically impossible to find anywhere and basically priceless and the watch on the back alone is worth something like 10-20k, retaining its value in time too... Unless you don't have where to live, it would actually be a better investment, since houses for a price that low tend to depreciate like crazy.
