TODAY'S RECIPE IS LYCHEE MALAI KULFI | লিচু মালাই কুলফি, কলিজা ঠান্ডা করা ডেজার্ট | LITCHI ICE CREAM DESSERT | EID SPECIAL DESSERT
These lychee malai kulfis are super simple, creamy, and sweet; and they take under 10 minutes to assemble! Plus, this is a frozen dessert which makes it perfect way to cool down this summer.
INGREDIENTS:
20 pieces lychee
1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon saffron water
1/4 cup chopped ripe mango
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups full cream milk
1/4 cup milk + 1 tbsp custard powder
3 tbsp sugar (you can increase according to your taste)
Decoration: Rose Petals, Chopped Pistachios, Chopped Mangoes

আপু আপনার বাকরখানি রেসিপি টা ট্রাই করতে চাই কিন্তু আমার ওভেন নেই😢😢😢। গ্যাসের চুলা ব্যবহার করে কিভাবে বানাবো? প্লিজ একটু বলেন না। 😢😢😢

একটি ননস্টিক প্যানে অল্প একটু তেল ব্রাশ করে বাকরখানিগুলো বসিয়ে দিতে হবে। তারপর চুলার একদম কম আঁচে সিলভারের ঢাকনা দিয়ে ঢেকে বেক করতে হবে।
