    Was in der Öffentlichkeit als große Leistung erscheint, muss meist mit extrem harten Mitteln erarbeitet werden. Ich bedauere diese Pferde sehr, dann sie werden unter Zwang über viele Jahre mit Kandare, Sporen und Peitsche für die Gewinne immens hoher Preisgelder abgerichtet. Ob wir dies in unserer heutigen noch erlauben sollen, darüber muss öffentlich geredet werde.

      Das moderne Training beinhaltet Gymnastizierung, Wellness, Gelassenheitstraining und auch Gelände. Oft wird auf Trense geritten. Die Pferde von Isabell Werth und Jessica von Bredow Wendl haben täglich Weidegang. Queen of the Rollkur! Has previously been excused for having horses with bloody mouths. Emilio is not rounded and under himself, nor pushing from his hindquarters. @StCarion2 Před 8 měsíci +13

      Agreed! He isn't round and at times appears a bit short strided on his lh, not forward enough in the 1-tempes. Isabell is a hand rider rather than riding from a correct seat, and as a result, Emilio's hind legs are trailing rather than engaged. Overall movement appears forced and not a happy horse!

    • @Robin-Cale17
      @Robin-Cale17 Před 8 měsíci +9

      @@StCarion2 Yep! Isabell Werth is known for training using Rollkur, and when you do that, you force the horse out of proper frame. They can't possibly engage their hindquarters because they are hard on the forehand, and the improper frame causes the dragging of the hind legs. At the extended trot the two legs going forward should be parallel to each other as well as the two legs stretched to the back should be parallel to each other. When you pull the head in so tight, you break that [skeletal] framing, and what results is what is seen here. A bouncy up and down movement instead of a forward extending movement. You have a keen eye. He is not a happy horse. Emilio is also forced to hollow out his back. What does Ms. Werth care? The FEI has chosen to turn a blind eye to this kind of behavior. Although, she was eliminated on July 4th, 2022 from the Grand Prix Dressage Nations Cup at Aachen, because her horse bled from the mouth. Her hands were just pulling so hard on the horse's mouth that the horse "accidentally" bit himself. It’s sickening and It’s getting more and more difficult to watch. Abuse is never a training tool.

      Kritik wo angebracht, ok. Ich bin auch kein riesen Fan von Isabell Werth, aber für das, was wir sonst schon von ihr gesehen habe, war ihre Vorstellung gar nicht so schrecklich hier. Die Schweifaktion hielt sich in der ersten Hälfte auch stark in Grenzen. Das sieht man regelmäßig deutlich ausgeprägter quer durchs Teilnehmerfeld. Abschnittweise fand ich seinen Schweif sogar Recht ruhig.
      Dass Frau Werth früher mit Rollkur gearbeitet hat, wissen wir alle. Dass sie nicht die sanfteste Reiterin ist, auch. Diesen Ritt fand ich ganz okay. Natürlich ist sie nicht Ingrid Klimke. Bei einigen Lektionen sieht aber schon, dass sie bei Emilio gut aufgebaut worden sind. Er ist überwiegend schön taktvoll gelaufen.
      Er ist vom Bewegungsablauf auch echt kein Glamourdale, Franziskus oder Dalera, das ist nunmal so. Trotzdem waren einige Figuren gut herausgeritten und ich fand die Bewertung angemessen. Er ist weniger hinter der Senkrechten gegangen als Dalera bei den Europameisterschaften.

  • @vivientakacs5599
    @vivientakacs5599 Před 8 měsíci +29

    I don't think this woman should be allowed around horses, much less ride in COMPETITION. She was one of the starters for popularizing Rollkur in dressage, and she used that method without shame. She might not publicly use it anymore (though its hard to tell when people aren't even allowed to film in the warm up arenas anymore, wonder why /s ), but the way the horse moves, how it holds its head and how the back legs move, +the jerking of her hands and bouncing like a sack of potatoes shows that she most likely still uses Rollkur. Like come on people, it works to force the horse to do what you want faster, the judges still give points and no one is really punished. They just keep telling the public they're nice.
    FEI is a useless piece of crap, saying they put horse welfare above everything but let animal abusers compete and even just own horses, like Isabel Werth or Edward Gal. Their careers should be underground, yet they're still at the top.
    Shame on FEI, on these riders, judges, trainers, and whoever still supports them, despite knowing what the riders are doing.

    • @Robin-Cale17
      @Robin-Cale17 Před 8 měsíci +11

      @vivientakacs5599, The fact that cameras are barred from the warm up is very telling. The bigger proof is that when you watch the horses you can clearly see which ones were trained using Rollkur. What you said about training faster is right on target. That's all it's about these days. Charlotte Fry started with Carl Hester, who does not ever use Rollkur, but left to train in a Denmark yard where Rollkur is used. Yeah, she's on top now, but what about her horses? Rollkur physically damages the horse's spine and other skeletal bones, and for what? So the rider can claim to be the best! Shameful. Charlotte Dujardin is the best because she won't use abuse as a training tool. When Charlotte Dujardin and her horse perform they are a true team. I never cringe when I watch her ride. It seemed like the FEI was going to do something to ban all the cruel crap, but they suddenly backed off. 🤝 💰

      You can watch and film the warm up and you find Videos on CZcams, dressage hub for example. And remember, Dujardin was eliminated because of bloodrule with wonderful St. Monts Freestyle. She always was not happy in her mouth and the owner took her away from Dujardin. Now she is ridden by Cathrine Dufour with soft and gentle hands and nose in front of the vertical. Looking forward to see them competing.

    I don’t mind all this equipment they use bc honestly I use it too but most of these top level dressage riders are SO harsh like imagine having ur mouth be held in a certain position for 9-10 mins just for a score is it really worth the abuse? Same with the spurs, some of these riders are just way too harsh. No horse needs harsh aids to get a movement, I miss the old dressage.

  • @Bjubybu
    @Bjubybu Před 6 měsíci +2

    I actually do not enjoy watching this at all. I feel like these figures were too difficult for the horse to do, while for other horses it sometimes looks as if what is asked is easy for them. At some points the movements just look a bit rough and not as compact, precise and light as it is the case for other horses.
    I don't want to say that Werth is a bad equestrian, obviously she has skill to ride these figures. But I don't see that she can compete with the others - this will sound a bit exaggerated, but compared to how balanced and still other riders sit in their saddles, Werth is bumping around, there is too much movement in her body in my opinion.

There is no drop in the hind, no collection, no coming under, no lift of the lumbar. Yes, the horse is obedient, but it is a nightmare biomechanically. I have seen by far WAY past better dressage riders than her. She bounces all over the place and puts way too much effort in her riding that it can clearly be seen where it should not be seen much at all since dressage was originally invented for mounted combat in battles where the horse's movements were to be super smooth so the rider could focus on archery or wielding a hand held weapon accurately while hands free from the horse's reins. she was just too hands on and rough all over and what the heck were the judges talking about with the artistic style? the horse was half average and most horses are often in rhythm with the routine dancing music. i just don't get it with the judges and crowd.
