That Kirk Hammett kh-1 Flying V is literally the absolute #1 holy grail guitar for me. Wanted one for about 9 years so bad. They are unobtainium though.
Get a custom one built!
You can get them online starting from about 2300 to 3500 bucks on. If you had saved 30 bucks a month for the past 9 years, you could buy one right now.

@@pacovl46 where? Cause I’ve searched reverb . eBay, auctions etc maybe that’s what they have sold for years ago. but I can’t ever find one selling . Last one was a 96 on reverb for 5400 dollars lol. And yeah that’s wild I would never buy anything again if I thought about it like that😂
@@BAADAPPLE there was one on Reverb. I guess the key to finding one is to keep looking frequently I all the regular spots.
It was a plain wood guitar and the black was burnt first then they burnt in the elk and barbed wire then added the details. Everything black is actually hand burnt. I do pyrograph and attempted this design it’s a lot of fun but it has a lot of details and there’s a couple more guitars out there Dino done with even more detail in them with the elk.

Japan is on my bucket list! I absolutely love ESP/LTD and I really want to visit the factory. Plus, I heard Japanese guitar shops are insane!! 🤘🤘🤘

So cool you can just go in and order a custom shop ESP. I've always wanted to visit Japan, now I may seriously have to put it on the bucket list lol

Edwards is my favourite too. so cost effective and theyre really good guitars. I have 4 of their explorers and theyre just as good as any gibson, imo
i might actually tear up seeing that hetfield explorer in person. such a goddam legend

which brand is better ESP or Jackson? i know it’s personal preference so which do you prefer?
so cool, the Kirk Hammet V that looks like the new Gibson model that was just released, was released before Gibson released their signature model. Gibson went after ESP hard on that model when ESP released it. Shocker right .

Edwards is like LTD grass roots is like a cheaper Chinese version. You can use websites like yahoo auctions or a proxy to order from Japan. Reverb also

What would you order from ESP if you were going to do a custom?
I've spoke with Dino about it quite a bit & the guitar was just natural mahogany, he's going to do one of my guitars at some point. The black is the pyrography, the design - the barb wire & elk is where he didn't pyrograph, just did the shading.

Ha like me and am sure many other 'tallica fans that experience would be like a kid in a candy shop and sure you'd a left buzzing if you had the chance to play one of papahets actual explorers.🤘🏻

Those authentic Japanese ESP guitars must cost an arm and a leg, but I'm sure they're worth it.
Dino only works on guitars that are unpainted/unfinished. Most likely ESP out the neck on the guitar and sent it to him in its natural state
Edwards is above LTD in terms of quality.
