These mechanical keyboards are low profile and best for gaming and office work/typing. Logitech updated the keys from romber g switches to Kailh /long hua brown switches.
In my opinion these are one of the best budget mechanical keyboard.

I eventually bought Logitech G413 SE, which comes with Logitech G502 Hero. Both are on sale together. My keyboard should arrive today, thoygh my mouse is still coming, just on Friday.
I'm looking forward to trying those out. I'm just getting back to PC gaming again.

Would have preferred reds but these browns are also decent. Value for money keyboard specially with TKL's seemingly becoming rarer these days.
Umm I just bought this keyboard for myself and the camera key you mentioned is actually the screen shot button just need to press windows key along with function key and ins(camera) key and it works just fine.

Not having to get another app for your keyboard sounds like a huge plus to me!
As far as I know, the kailh switches you showcased in your video aren't the same as the ones found in the keyboard. The browns that are found in this one are custom made, in colaboration with Longhua, with 50 grams of actuation force. I can understand why it's difficult to find any information about it, because even Logitech doesn't provide good transparent information regarding it. Good video and review otherwise.

I'm not a mech keyboard newbie, so I was hoping to know if I could replace the switches.
They do look interchangeable... I think...? I tried pulling one of the buttons off, but to no avail.

I can confirm that it is not hot-swappable. But if you have steady hand and you cand solder, you can swap them 8)
If I may correct one thing on the video: The camera button (Fn + Ins) is actually working! It does not open camera but takes a screenshot, so it works as a PrintScreen button. The lock function next to it (Fn + Home) is Scroll lock.
Hey im looking to buy this one maybe and found your video through a reddit post, it's currently for 80$ on the internet, is the price worth it and do you still use it and do you think it still holds up 1 year later for you? And do you do office work or game with it because Im intentionally buying something for gaming? Thanks for the video also you got a like :D

i ended up buying the Roccat Vulcan TKL on sale for 80 bucks, it was a worthwile investment. what stopped me from going for the g413 was that I think its more for office work @@Matt-of4sb

@@k1rbynat0r91 Yoo, I ended up buying the Roccat Vulcan TKL off of Amazon I believe, it was on sale for around 80€. I'm really happy with the keyboard, it worked great so far.
They keyboard has a perfect response time, it has really, really good quality for the price.
They keys didn't fade because they're actually not printed on it, the letters are transparent so the RGB shines through it. Keyboard has a great response time, sounds nice and clicky, but not obnoxiously. You get a volume tuner I believe you can call it? Basically a wheel you can turn to adjust master volume and Roccats software for their products, in which you can adjust the RGB, put some effects on it, yadeeyada but also which I think could be useful for some people is the option to create keybinds, so you can ALT + F12 for example to open up certain programs. I believe retail price the keyboard costs 20$ more than the Logitech. Can really say that the keyboard is worth the money! For reference I play a lot of League of Legends & Counter Strike and the keyboard works perfectly fine! If you have any more questions feel free to ask :)

To be clear, does this mean if I turn the backlight off, it will switch back on after each reboot?
yep
as stated, this keyboard does not have a memory. if you switch the colour of the backlight, after a reboot it will reset to the default colour. the same principle applies if you switch the backlight off. it will turn back on after a reboot. hope this helps!!

Yes, you can change key caps for this keyboard. But I'm not sure where you can get those.
You can definetly change them and all keycaps should fit it

@@AniSepherd972 i believe what he means is the angle of the keycaps is the same as standard and therefore you can swap them with other standard keycaps

I hate the way these nice TKL keyboards remove the printscreen button on the top right, one of my favorite keys on a keyboard

This doesn't work with G Hub? As far as I know any G designated Logitech KB works with the G Hub app. I literally have the 100% version of this. My 413 works with G Hub.

Romer G are made by the japanese OMRON ...and their quslity is not that great , keycaps break easily with these thin 4 pins and they seems to stuck or double click ...
Oh yes, I have a Logitech G413 first gen and it's became a bad joke at this point. After 2.5 years most keys are double-digiting and replacing them is a gigantic PITA.
@@DarioCastellarin but choosing the Logitec Pro X is much better , switches are like the cherry ones and they are interchangeable , easy to replace them , they are not wielded
@@theopot5798 yes, unfortunately they don't make the Pro X with Italian layout, and it doesn't have a numpad.
All I need is a mechanical keyboard that would allow me to quickly switch between work and gaming tasks, with backlight but no RGB. The G413 was ticking all the boxes for me, unfortunately they messed up the execution really bad.
