When you walk into hongxing seafood restaurant, you immediately feel like you're walking into a seafood heaven. This is different from our regular Chinese street food videos, this is a Chinese seafood feast video! And today we are featuring all cantonese style cooking, one of the 8 main specialties of Chinese cuisine! This is less spicy than Sichuan food, this is much more elegant and refined and clear style, very delicious!
When you walk in, you'll see hundreds of different fish tanks full of seafood!
You'll see at least 2 aisles full of lobster from around the world. Australian lobster, Boston lobster, and more. And you'll also find aisles full of different crabs from around the world. All I can say is OH MY GOODNESS! I’m from Australia and I have never seen a lobster as big as that before, the crab is massive as well. What an amazing experience it was for you both to enter that restaurant and see all the live seafood and then watch them cook it all up. Good lord does that ever look magnificently delicious!! Though I'm a bit wary of a lobster that huge. I usually find that smaller lobsters are tastier, but that King Crab looks utterly beautiful!! King Crab is (in my estimation) the most delicious food available to humanity. It's sinful how delicious King Crab is.

Crabs and lobsters feel no pain Tommy , they don't have nerve transmitters that work the same as ours , octopus , squid , same deal. That is why when they are about to starve to death , crabs , lobsters , octopus can eat their own legs to survive.
