2:46 in fact it's normal it happens on not many tanks. That you bounce on the track you T57 heavy, it's because the track is further away from the tank than what is expected like all other tanks, that's why sometimes you pull on the front track but you realize that It doesn't affect the bodywork behind, because the gap between the track and the tank is too big. This can happen on quite a few barrel tanks.

There is actually a very thin plate at the side of the T57 Heavy, laying flat and parallel to the tracks. That is gonna be a troll bounce if hit by AP, HE, HEAT and HESH shells. Most American and U.S.S.R. tanks have this design. But, I on this replay you hit the tracks, you aimed perfectly it was just bad RNG.
No surprise WG is coming out with more "hybrid" type tanks. In the day where their active users is tanking and player skill sets are non-existent. It makes sense for WG to adjust their new products to match the play style of the muppets currently saturating the game.
I think that the type71 is a really good tank but i think that the type68 is so much better tier by tier, 374mm of premium pen at tier9 feels stupid good

Drive right up completely exposed to the enemy and lose half your hit points. Just like the new players do in my games after watching these videos, because they are learning from such vids to exchange hits with the enemy, and die fast. And just like other teammates, then claim the team isn't supporting YOU! Another unbelievable clip!
lmao i just got the type 71 and my first game i did 4.2k dmg 3k blocked etc with 75% crew and no equipment. and it sadly ended on a loss where i couldve 1v3d but i lagged out at the end
Yeah I agree. Except the medium line up to tier 9 is a huge pain, but it was a great learning experience for positioning and reading the map situation. Then you get rewarded with the amazing stb-1 👍👍
Just to be factual, The Type 61 has to use Premium round to have more penetration than the Ho-Ri standard round, and doing a 1000 dpm less then Ho-Ri doing so .....
I think running calibrated shells over rammer specifically on this tank is just a waste of your equipment slot. I personally have no problem whatsoever when it comes to penetrating whatever gets in my way. For Type 71 I’d only run calibrated if it meant I can penetrate tanks behind a wall.

Remember Droodles has maxed out crew skills. Which means he automatically has higher chance of dealing max damage shots, damaging modules, improved dispersion, camo, accuracy and spotting values. And so on. This is why I'm finding the current MM near unbearable. There is an excess of max skilled players with ridiculous battle experience, seal clubbing and trolling in mid tiers. Near every battle in tier 4-7 has at least 4-5 players with +30,40K battles, high avg damage, high win rates being matched with and against players (like me) who are "casual" players, who do well enough (I avg +1000dmg at tier 6/7) with less than 5k battles. It makes it near impossible to advance or reach mission goals and achievements because we're like high school athletes competing against NBA level players. But don't worry, WG knows this is an issue but refuses to address it.
You'd think the AMX 50 B having 1,500 damage in a clip would be a tank destroyer. Or the T 57 Heavy with its 1,200 damage in a clip. Or the M-VI-Yoh with its 900 damage per clip. Or the TVP T 50/51 with its 1,200 damage clip. But nah, they're all heavies and mediums.
Personally, I really don’t like this one. And my main problem with it is precisely its gun. It feels so inaccurate, with its long reload, and not very impressive damage. Don’t see much reason to drive it when 110e5, which works much better for me, exists. Of course, just a matter of personal preference.

Still wishing WG to update the Yamato Harbor to PBR. Yamato Model starts to get into my nerves. Everything on the Yamato model is very wrong on the map. Ok here’s the list Yamato model is based on 1942 design which is fine by itself. She still didn’t receive Anti Aircraft Guns Refit. But stilll, the model lack of. 1) 155mm Super Firing Turret which has been removed for convenience in Combat. But everyone with their mother knows that’s the iconic area of Yamato’s design. PBR should add this back. Plus, this will makes the gameplay more interesting. 2) Hull is too short. Yamato length is over 270 meters. She is a long girl. I would say you can make the map more interesting if they increase the map size a little bit. And allow us to play on her full hull. Plus Wing turret 155mm should be the best blocking area for heavies from incoming fire from the hill area. 3) 460mm gun looks too small. Japanese 460 turret is way larger than this.
Not really, right now at this point, WG has mega buffed so many tier10s, type71 really dont need anymore nerfs, vk90, vk72, Wz113GFT, jag, so many tier10s are insanely strong. Type71 armor, if you load gold, just aim at the upper part of the upper plate, when they angle, you'll hit the front/side cut off, when they over angle, you'll hit the weak upper part of the side. if they dont angle its a pen, its not that strong. Or if you have with 270 pen most times you can pen right through the lower plate
