I know this is long but please read as it is a very motivational story. I’m in high school wrestling and one practice we were doing stuff with ropes and just before we did it I screwed up my back really bad but told no one and I fought through, the last motion we did with the ropes you had to go as long as you could. Eventually It was just me and one other left and remember that my back was in so much pain. Well one it was just me and him everyone was cheering on the other guy. I beat him by 20 of the same motions with the rope and everyone went silent. I walked away victorious with my back badly messed up and the other guy was fine. What I want you learning about this is to never give up and keep fighting no matter what and you have so much more in you then you truly think.

I was born with a heart disease (tricuspid atresia) many people in my life tell me that I’m not capable or its to difficult to run and do exercise or a everything I want to do is impossible all my life I’ve been told this. But I proof them wrong because I’m a fighter and I give zero fucks about what people say so if your reading yess you can do it never give up train your mind that there no breaks and your going to give it all you got :) it’s possible guys I’m telling you every single one of you is capable of so many things you never thought you were but trust me you’ll find it someday and it might not be from day to night but it get there j keep fighting👊🏽❤️

Was a amtateur boxer for u18 Danish national team got schuermann so had to get a spine replacement at age 16 got hooked on morphine beat it cold turkey later , got into crime and cocaine beat that too. And am on my way for a comeback, I might get a few scratches but it's in my body to fight no matter how deep I am. I am a fighter and I will get back up every time life Knocks me down! I’m 14 years old and life doesn’t feel worth living. I believed I could do some good this year in school, with friends, and gymnastics. I worked my ass off for it all. But I guess I still didn’t deserve it, and went all away. Another dream disappeared, if there ever was one... I now have no where to go and I’m in high-school where im be surrounded by drugs, fake friends, and stress. I’m about to quit. I’ve worked so hard in the gym that I’ve completely anti-socialized myself and put everyone before myself but nobody likes me. AlI have is fake friends and family. I just wish someone could do good for me. When people you trust in and all the words they say, tells you your shit, and worth nothing. I guess it’s a habit to trust them and believe that you are. I’m worth nothing. Its devastating when you have no one in the world to turn too and be able to tell them everything. Everyone I know is fake. Smiling, making jokes, and acting happy every day... if only that’s how I really felt... I hate life. Depression keeps on coming back to me. I don’t know what to do. I wish someone could just ask me if I’m okay. Just once. It feels like I’m going in a circle that will end up fatal. Used to take it day by day. Now it feels I take it life by life. I don’t know if I can go longer. The road ends here, if there ever was a road. I need help...
