Anthony I just came across your cruise at Mahogany Roaaton I love the that cruise I want to take same one again me and my husband went and he loved it he received his wing two years ago. I did think he would love that cruise it was his favorite.
If I remember this port correctly there is a great free snorkelling area right next to where the ship docks that was beautiful. I remember seeing all sorts of fish and squid and corral. That was years ago, pre-pandemic. Hopefully its still there.

I don't want to scare you, but those barriers they put up in the ocean are not to keep you from swimming out, they are to keep the sharks or any other unwanted thing from swimming in.

I found out by accident that American beaches have a fence underwater to keep people within the beach area. People can swim over it. I believe it's mainly there to let people know they have gone too far.

I was in the jungle of Honduras in the late 80's ..I was with an Engineering Engineering unit in the Army. The Hondurans have been through so much and still suffer. Honduras is the second poorest country in Central America.....sorry, but i t's sad and the ones that need help, don't see the tourism money
I was so happy to see you're notification, I nearly lost my mind. I've been missing you. Told my husband that you're on vacation so my favorite distraction from reality is missing. Enjoyed the tour of Honduras. Maybe a tour of the ship would be nice. My brother cruises at least 3 times a year. He will always call me on what's app and take me on a tour of the ship. I always stick with the group tours recommended and arranged by the ship. I feel safer. And yes always buy rum cakes when in the Caribbean.
