    Hcl is hydro choric acid which falls inte grp of strong acid.....when red litmus is dip into hcl it will observe no change,when bule litmus is dipped in hcl bule changes to red,when phenolphthalein is added to hcl it will remain colourless and when methyl orange is added to hcl yellow colour can be observed
