I saw a Karen in the wild once. I went to the gas station down the road and there was a woman arguing with one of the workers because she wanted to buy alcohol but her ID was expired. The worker was explaining that she could lose her job and potentially be fined or even jailed for selling alcohol to someone with an expired ID. The customer demanded to speak to the manager and the worker told her she was the manager. Customer stormed out and yelled "well you're a SH**TY MANAGER!". I worked at that gas station later on and can confirm that worker is both a great person and a manager. Also, no valid ID, no booze. Not unless you look old af. I'm not risking my job so you can buy a budweiser.

I think for that Starbucks employee, the most he’d get would be a written reprimand or a corrective action taken against him (regardless if the girl complained or not). But given the circumstances, Human Resources would probably give him a warning.
Depending on how petty they are, they could fire him but hopefully it's just a warning since he did have a legitimate reason to be annoyed but handled it poorly.

Can't believe that got upset when they guy was just trying to do a wholesome video as being "Santa." I love watching wholesome videos where people do good things for others. Clearly none of those people in there had any Christmas spirit. It is weird how people can immediately think the worst once the camera is involved. There was no need to push/shove him either. Obviously she doesn't know what she is getting herself into. Hopefully one day she will see the video and feel embarrassed.
I could be wrong but I think the employees were mad that the customers were recording. I've seen plenty of similar videos of people getting kicked out of stores for recording so I think it's a privacy issue since no one wants to be filmed without permission.

Speaking as somebody who works at a fast food place (Arby's), I know that it does not take long to heat up whatever she ordered. I've had people add full-on sandwiches at the window and we still made sure to be polite to them, so I don't understand why that worker did this when she was very polite about it.
Is this happening again? Lia didn’t post for 2 weeks (a couple of weeks ago), and now she didn’t post for 4 days!

I feel like a lot of these situations would be resolved if people would be calmer.

A lot of these situations wouldn't have happened if those guys don't walk up to people's faces with a camera tbh. Like I get it yall wanna have some fun but some people are bound to get annoyed and when that happens just accept you're in the wrong for tryna annoy them in the first place.

Actually the Starbucks employee, while he shouldn’t’ve thrown the food, had an understandable reaction. She’s probably the 100th customer that’s done that to him.
In that case he needs to find another job.
@@azzonie finding another job is easier said than done and SHE should’ve asked for it to be warmed up when he asked her if she wanted it warmed up. And in some places the minute you hand them the food you can’t take it back since it left the building.
