  • This video shows how to calculate over 1 million digits of Pi using Machin's formula.
    I used the Go programming language. But you could definitely do this in other languages. I believe the current fasted implementation of Pi is in C++.

    Underated Aryabhatta and Ramanujan
    1million decimal places was got by ramanujan's identity
    also aryabhatta who invented 0 gave the value of pie correct to upto 4 decimal places

      Reading the phrase "invented 0 caught me off guard". Imagine being the cousin of the guy who invented the number zero 🤣

    hello, do you have an idea why I get pi with (1 + 1/-4.136866650678035)^-4.136866650678035 = 3.141592653589793 3488520084713809 ??
