    Nice chat you had here. Its good you chose an important topic . This issue is prevalent around the world & all fields of work. Guess as people get educated then they realise things about this issue. Why does the NMC take a long time in their replies to candidates who are going through the NMC registration ? Especially since they have a big requirement for RN .

    Same. I wish our fellow Indians are better educated and learn to accept that northeast Indians are Indians too. I have been working in the nhs for a year and two months and I’d provide the same education and awareness to British folks about the diversity of India. True though that I do face more racism in India than Uk. 🇬🇧

    Exactly Madhu you are very much true 👍 In my workplace between Indians only they have comparison between states 😅they are only making the issue. There's no unity in our people as well not supportive to each other. Sorry to say but this is bitter truth that everywhere we are facing where more asian staffs are there in the world. I think everyone should be kind to each other.

      There are no such criteria, but it's always good to have experience in more than 50 bedded hospitals

    Sir i have 2 yrs emergency department experience as a paramedic, now i passed bsc nursing, so can i apply fresher for uk,if is this not possible
    So after 6 month experience in emergency so can got same department in uk ?

      12 months tak ka gap acceptable hai, aur experience compulsory hai
