I'm glad to see sprinting was cancelling your reloads as well. I was not having it earlier, died trying to reload dozens of times. I also noticed that about 50% of the time my SVA will shoot 1 bullet in single fire instead of 2. That was really messing with me.
Specalist can be gotten by going to bio weapons(top left of the island from grandmas). Go to the basement and pull the chain on the bio shower in the bottom. That gives you the keycard to take to stronghold in the tower at the right in the bottom take it to the same room you can get your load out drop in. Use key to unlock the locker and wala the specalist pops out.
You get the specialist perk bundle by getting the keycard from the showers at bioweapons, take it to the tower room and stronghold, and use it on the wall box the card is named for. Just like we used to do it back in the day. You're welcome.
