Bang on yes.. I look at the TV adverts and think some well paid people have created that and think they have done a good job... one of my faves was that guy dancing in the Whites Lemonade ad I can remember giggling to that
@@richardrhodes5323 That was a good one. I don't watch ads any longer as I find them nonsensical, brainless, loud and boring. Half the time you don't know what they're advertising until the last three seconds, so they hold no interest any longer. No longer are the Esso Blue adverts, the "a million housewives every day, pick up a tin of beans and say - Beans Means Heinz" and, as someone else has mentioned, the Shake & Vac ad. They conveyed immediately what they were selling and made the ads fun.
We used to chant this at school to see who could remember the most.
Everyone loved the song and bought the drink.

What an absolute belter of a song. Just had a tropical flavoured recovery drink and thought of this. Haven’t seen it in ages and many happy childhood memories coming back 🙂🙂

This drink introduced kid me to the wonders of tropical fruit juice and it being infinitely better than crappy old orange and apple juice. The blended multiple juices are really are a party in the mouth. People don't know what they're missing.

For legal reasons it is important to note the um bongo has never been manufactured, marketed or distributed in either the Republic of the Congo or the Democratic Republic if Congo.
Seeing this advert has changed my whole perspective on life I feel there is a hidden message with a depth that can't be fathomed or embraced.
This was when we would sit and watch the adverts hoping it would come on the screen and have a giggle at the silliness of it all. Good Times.

During the opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympics we realised the only thing wenew about the republic of the Congo was that they apparently are a mass, and possibly sole, consumer of this product.

False: um bongo has never been produced or sold in the Congo or the democratic republic of the Congo. This is blatant false advertising.
I also question the validity of the claims that the drink was manufactured by animals as they do not possess the intelligence, dexterity or resources to mass produce drink products.
