„fun fact“ Matty was on BBC Radio 1 yesterday and they already played the songs two hours earlier and then talked to him about it. He said that this was pretty much one of the first songs they did for the new album while People was the latest. He also said that while he really enjoys playing these pop songs, the band was at a completely different point by the end of the creative process (which is the reason why People sounds so different) and going forward they‘d like to keep that kind of sound rather than the pop music

My parents once thought that the The 1975 songs is an 80s song
My crush created a playlist for me, and she said “that's my favorites, hope you like it” and when I looked at the songs, I saw a couple of songs by The 1975 and by the time I took a bath, I listened to all of them and they are great. This one and It's Not Living (If It's Not With You) are my favorites. She has a great taste of music I'm glad she created that playlist for me so I can discover some good songs and artists. This track was the first dance for me and my wifes wedding this year. We did a lift when the saxaphone solo started and we've never so felt so alive. The 1975 is coming to Melbourne Australia in 2023 and I pray that they play this. Thanks so much for making such a beautiful track that will always be a part of our lives.

This song is beyond amazing! Does anyone else feel like they're watching a perfect movie opening scene while listening for the first 2 minutes of this song? I image this scene to have someone driving a pristine 80's 'muscle car' in the darkness of the night, making their way to somewhere. And once the drums start, you'll see a scene where sun is rising and this person is reaching their destination (city like LA) with a super scenic view of mountains filmed from the drone-view, slowly closing into the car and finally inside it to reveal it's driver.
