I do think the scarecrow is only one time to place anywhere and stays there. I put it on my private island in my garden :)

Sorry for multiple comments. I am trying to grind the keys and the apples. Turn the apples at the end of the maze and you can get different items including the new "secret" coated horse

I did the fire thing with the tree and got the toadstool aura. I never got a notification about it either; I had to check my inventory in accessories.
