- Everyone is infected with Dead Space fever right now, and we're all feeling the symptoms. As excitement mounts in the lead up to the Dead Space remake's launch, in recent days, we've been going through the series and diving deep into the story of each instalment.
Having covered the first two games of the trilogy so far, here, we're going to move on to Dead Space 3 as we wrap up our recap of the entire series. - Hry

It’s a mechanical eye. There is a pick up item that explains that they bought it after DS2. It is a different color but that’s because it was the only one they could afford.
i know alot of people shit on ds3 but honestly the entire trilogy is a masterpiece because its from the eyes of isaac
dead space 1: unknown enemy with unknown origin in a cramped ship all alone, its anxiety inducing and a perfect horror scenario
dead space 2: known enemy with a means to stop it, throughout the game you it slowly becomes action horror by the end chapters
dead space 3: known enemy, known way to stop it, isaac is a seasoned veteran, there's no fear around these creatures for him and he just wants it all over

The problem with DS3 is the presentation. Although I somewhat agree with your trilogy analysis, I still think DS3 was trash due to EA internal mismanagement and forced micro transactions. I read somewhere on the internet that the original DS3 story is to let Isaac fight his alter ego created by the marker (the equivalent of Nichol in Dead Space 1 and 2), but this alter ego was later changed to John Carver because the management at EA needed multiplayer for some reason. The story would be a lot more interesting if they have gone with their original plan.
no DS3 needs to be completely redone, it should have been executed in a completely different way, it seems more like a gears of war rather than deadspace

The first Dead space never had side missions I can't wait to dive into the side missions

I had heard the hate prior to playing this but honestly I really enjoyed Dead Space 3. Considering the first 2 games were so similar, doing the same exact thing again probably would have been met with mid reviews as well. The game is decently long, so there are those DS1 style moments of enclosed horror, but the added action and cinematics actually rounded it out well enough. Can’t speak for people who say EA had some shitty practices surrounding the game at launch, which I have heard thrown around as well, but the game itself is solid and I’ve played through it a few times. Hope they remake 2 and 3 if 1 ends up selling well.

I played Dead space 3 but not as much I went through it like once or twice that was it I think that was good enough

I just beat the trilogy on PS3 “2024 , I have to say dead space 2 was the best in the franchise, I do like coop in ds3. Now I want to play this on PC the graphics look good. Hopefully we get a remake of dead space 2,3 and a new game.
My question is why did u guys make videos on 2 and 3 if its only the first game being remade like thats what confuses me wouldnt u want to do if takes place after the events of the games like a brand new title

Dead space 3 is my favorite game of all time.i just dont understand why people hate it so much.
Personally it’s not as good as 1 or 2. It was a good story line for sure but the gameplay was so different due to some necromorphs being tentacle creatures and too much action
It's my favorite game too. I loved the weapon customisation.
I would say it just boils down to gamers being over critical. Plus some of the “professional critics” didn’t help. Now yeah there are some legitimate complaints(example: The unnecessary love triangle, how Ellie does less action, and some parts were a little bit too long). However everything else in the story was well done. What confuses me is how people say that there’s less horror. OK yeah there’s more shooting(which is the same case in the second game) but has anyone even listened to the audio logs & read the text logs? Dude the Tau Volantes base is more scary than the sprawl near Saturn. I would hate to be a soldier in that base.
@@Steel-101ds 2 is a perfect blend of action and horror and by far the most scariest out of the 3. Ds 3 is just more action with little to no horror
@@No-Stack-Developer I’m sorry but didn’t you even read my text? The lore of the military base is terrifying. The audio tapes show the insanity on the base. On top of that the game does give us more lore on the enemy and we were gonna get more in DS4 but sadly EA shut down Visceral.
If they get around to remaking all 3 games, I think Dead Space 3 needs more than just a remake, it needs to be rewritten, the only thing good about the game was the spaceship graveyard, everything else was piss poor.
Well a remake is perfect for that, maybe if this one does well they’ll remake the others
