I’ve been a fan of metal since I was 11 years old. I’m 29 now. I’ve heard everything, and finally listened to this this morning, honestly one of the best songs I’ve ever heard. That guitar is absolutely amazingly beautiful.

Guitar riffs are the best in the history of this band and you can hear how far this band has come. I love seeing a band mature into their sound. Such beauty.

Jackson Wilson no matter how good one person thinks something sounds another person is going to like something else more. Most musicians such as bullet for my valentine that don’t have dictator labels stating how they have to sound change it up for fun. Playing the same stuff all the time would get boring. In an interview bullet for my valentine stated they intended to make every album unique from the start. The music is always better when the musician has fun with it
To me it's okay. However I do not hear much original in this song, but it's not bad.

I heard of them some times ago but never really listened, were they metalcore before? I thought they were doing alternative.

So weird seeing them now in a video considering I was able to hang out with them a few years back after a concert just chilling out and they signed my album.
Love “Ways To Disappear” and “Push” you can definitely feel the Linkin Park vibes. And honestly I think Lou would be a pretty solid stand in for Chester tbh. Idk maybe that’s just me.

I've really liked these guys since Outcasts and honestly everytime they put out a new album I think "They're never gonna top this" but they always do. I love how they change up their sound however they please. With the Self titled album people said "Too melow, too soft" now with this album people are saying "Too boring". What I'm trying to say is that if they kept the same flow as they did in the self titled, people would complain that their sound is generic. Can't please anyone nowadays, everyone will always complain like babies.

Everyone saying this sounds boring or generic or how it’s like other bands that change for the bad... it certainly does not, I’ve been with palisades from the beginning and yes their sound has changed a lot some bad some good but this sounds way better than any other album they put out, it fits them, it’s grudgy, not to hard and just sounds all around great
Where you a fan of their last album? I wasn't overly fond of their last album and loved their first 2 albums a ton. That said this is better than their last one but still not completely into it.

My only gripe is the songs are very short, and the album is very short. Theres no impact here for me like their Self Titled album. To me I feel they had songs left over and just wanted to put them out. Its not a terrible album but its not the best by any means.
