Welcome to my channel ,in this video i am showing you how to crochet very quickly a poncho for any size,i have mentioned three sizes in the video but using the same pattern you can crochet any size of the project.just used granny square pattern.if you know how to crochet double crochet it is easy for you or else just reduce the speed of this video from settings icon on the video screen and you will be able to follow the steps very easily.i have made other models of poncho for different age group the link below

I just finished this Tut, Following this one gave me the fit for a 7-8 year old, Fit perfect with room to grow, with out looking to big. It was easy and fun to do. Thanks to the creator for making this tut. Of course you will want to already know how to double crochet, and single other wise you may have some confusion. but all an all beginner to Novice it is easy to pause and follow along at your pace.

I didn't see a chain one after you did three dbc either so is that to what you prefer I love the poncho same way you have but I was taught diff thank u going to attempt it

Love poncho but I'm confused for a child it's chained 50 and fits perfect you chained over 100 how can that fit a child without falling off ? What size hook did u use is that why so many chains ? I was confused I just made my 5 yr old grandaughter one and only chained 50 with a 6 mm hook

Thanks for your comment please make chain using ur own yarn and hook then take the measurement of child head (placing around forhead )so you will get the correct measure and convert the chain into multiples of ….
Can't measure head of child if making for a present
