Heyyy, I just got the same mic! I plugged it into my phone and iPad and the blue light came on but no sound from the mic once I turn the different knobs, do you happen to know why this is or what I can do to fix it?
I keep the top two knobs turned all the way up and the one on the button I turned all the way down. Hopefully that helps
Also plug in some headphones so you can hear your self speak..if you long press the power button it will enter noise canceling mode,, and press it again for 3 seconds to exit that mode

Can't we disable the noise reduction ?
Yes press the mute button for 2 to 5 seconds and it returns to normal mode

@RickJames8 I checked the amazon page and it says it's compatible with iPhone I just don't have one to see if it works, with my android it's just plug and Play and it works , do you have a pair of headphones with a 3.5 mm headphone jack that you check the sound with because I don't thinknairpods will work to hear... you have to plug the cable in the mic with the 3.5 mm cable to hear yourself
