Lou trolling vs Lou being serious is two complete different people. I may have only found him this year but watching week after week it’s hilarious to see him be serious in one video and then troll mode on the other. Love it.
The best thing about Lou is he will actually read our smack talking comments and throw them back at us, but it's all in good fun.
It's why he's one of the best parts of college football. The guy knows the game pretty well, he knows the teams' rosters and history, and his serious assessments are normally spot on. His trolling is pretty entertaining as long as you know to not take it seriously, it's a good mix.
I just found him last season he's fun to watch and he keeps it real 😜

I totally agree with you Uncle Lou with the LSU ranking, ( LSU fan here ) but at the end of the season it will probably work itself out . I really didn't expect us to be ranked that high, I was thinking around the 15 th where the AP poll had us to begin with... but but but IF ( and I mean a BIG IF ) LSU pulls out a win then it is right. If we lose Saturday, we should drop around the 20 th rank; depends on how bad we lose. Geaux Tigers

Penn State. Easily, easily better than both Iowa and Michigan state. Michigan completely and utterly dominated Penn state. Ohio State needed a 4th quarter miracle comeback, and a significant amount of turnover help to win that game.
Penn state has a terrible run defense and a decent secondary. Michigan had a better match up compared to Ohio state but still Michigan should be top 4.

I think sometimes they rank teams with ghosts of the past in their minds. I do agree with the big school/fan base bias.
The rankings do matter where teams start on it's effect on the end. The ranking also matters as far as perception to possible recruits who are right now trying to decide.
Both Tennessee and Georgia have a chance to recover from a loss, but they will most likely need some help.
Agree. Georgia needs Oregon to win Pac12 and hope either Clemson or TCU lose. Tennessee winning out would also help Georgia. As for Tennessee, they need Georgia to win in Atlanta as well as hope either Clemson or TCU losses.
Historically SEC teams have always had a chance with one loss over non SEC teams with one loss.
An undefeated Clemson is not better than the loser of uga or tenn with a one loss . Imo those 2 plus bama lsu and prob Ole miss would beat clem like a drum . Along with Michigan and Osu. The acc is dog shit and I'm a Seminole fan.

Clemson fan here. Good points and you flow through games impressively! I figured Clemson would be 5 based on where the teams were ranked when beaten and though the committee says otherwise name recognition sneaks in. I’m just looking for Clemson to not turn the ball over, wrs get separation, O-line be solid and right tackle doesn’t false start, and defense creates turnovers against ND then I will be happy.
Most most likely Clemson wins out they are in the playoffs. However unless Clemson gets a wr to become the man then they will have to rely on the run game and tight ends during the playoffs and I doubt it will be enough against whichever playoff team.
November is when it can all change for any top ranked team. Pressure is your shadow, doubt creeps in and/or your confidence is soaring, the media hype and pats on your back. All this and much more going on for all players who are mainly teenagers so any thing can happen.
Lou continues to prove that he is probably the best CZcamsr around. Vol fan here. When he is just talking college ball he is insightful and informative. But he also has the ability to find something that a minority of people in a fan base does that’s crazy and effectively apply it to a whole fan base for a quality troll video. Good stuff here. As far as osu being ahead of Georgia, I think Georgia might deserve it more but I think it could be either way. Georgia has better wins but in my opinion Ohio state has looked a little more consistent. But I think they’re very even teams. It’ll sort itself out I guess

I do think lsu is much improved since then mainly cause of Jayden daniels finally trusting and getting help from one of the most talented receiving group in all of college football

It’s not like lsu is fully healthy either.. not knocking tenn cause they won the game but that was an absolute awful game lsu played thanks in part to tenn, all I’m saying is if they played again Tennessee would not dominate and would a much closer game
Illinois plays Michigan 2nd to last week. Then could play OSU in the BIG10 Championship, or a rematch with Michigan.

The thing to me that I don’t like with most people is how differently they gauge Georgia vs mizzou game vs the pit vs tenn game. Because people don’t want to realize that mizzou is the 19th ranked total defense in college. Pitt is the 39th ranked defense that also plays in the acc. Now the Georgia game was ugly but they won same as the vols. Both mizzou and Pitt are sitting at 4-4 overall but because Pitt was ranked at the time they played the vols it’s an “impressive win” where as Georgia win over mizzou is a bad win. Just good for thought.
I probably would agree Georgia should be number 1 based on the Championship last year and being undefeated this year, even though Tenn has a better resume. Whoever wins Saturday should be no matter what happens in the SEC Championship

I agree I don't think it's a Bama bias I think it's just a big name/conference bias. The committee is always biased towards the big brands in each conference and then to the SEC and B10 teams in general (usually for good reason tbh), just look at the first playoff rankings I mean LSU and Ole Miss being ranked ahead of UCLA? Bama being ranked ahead of TCU. There is no logical reason they should be ranked higher other than the fact that they are good SEC teams vs a good PAC12 or Big 12 team and the committee just values SEC wins more and SEC loses less. I don't really have a problem with it though because let's be honest by the end of the season things usually work themselves out.
Illinois winning out would mean they would have beaten undefeated Michigan (in the regular season) AND undefeated Ohio State (in the Big 10 Title) and I'm sure that they would never get in even if they did that. Also Maryland seems to be knocking on the door of being ranked so that win may look better for Michigan soon. Of course the only thing that matters for Michigan getting into the playoffs is if they can beat Ohio State this month.
Michigan played Maryland at home not at Maryland, and Ohio Staye beat PSU on the road, Michigan had them at home. Also every other common opponent between the two OSU beat by a way bigger margin than Michigan. However I don’t disagree with Michigan being ranked ahead of them. I think there is an argument for both. And as far as LSU and Ole Miss rankings. It’s quite clear that’s just so they could boost the Bama SOS.
In comparing Ohio State and Michigan if you are comparing the common opponent in Penn State you should also compare the common opponents in Iowa and Michigan State.

The game really boils down to this: Tennessee has scored 30+ points on every team they have played this year. Kirby smart is 1-9 when his teams give up 30+ points. So that's the game right there

It makes no sense at all that Josh Heupel can restore Tennessee of all programs and his only experience was inheriting the UCF program that Frost built. Frost is the guy who made UCF a household name, won all the coach of the year awards, won at Oregon, great assistant and OC, hottest coach in the country before Nebraska hired him, was one of the main offensive master in football, and Heupel only inherited his work and didn't even keep UCF going as strong as Frost had them, yet Heupel turns around Tennessee and Frost is the worst coach in Nebraska history? Nebraska has been recruiting better than their entire division for over a decade while Tennessee hasn't yet Heupel turns around Tennessee while Frost ruins Nebraska? Just how? Make this stuff make sense.

Disclaimer: not a TCU fan. I think TCU is getting hosed. When the committee evaluates teams, do they consider teams head-to-head? If they were using some type of scoring criterion matrix, including a head-to-head comparison, TCU would be head-to-head better than Clemson right now. Anyone who has watched those two play and knows football would agree that TCU would beat Clemson if they played right now. TCU has a better resume with better quality wins. For Clemson, Syracuse was a paper tiger and everyone knew it--and Clempson could have easily lost the game!!!
