Royal Enfield EFI 500 engine strip

A customer has brought a bike in to me for a complete re-conditioning, the paint on this engines crankcases was starting to peel off so I have decided to total strip the engine and re-spray the cases, I am considering getting the barrel and head shot blasted then spray with heat proof laquor

Thanks, i took that side plate off my 535 EFI and was scratching my head how to adjust the tappets, had planned to take the rocker covers off this weekend. Hydraulic makes sense now :-)

If the torq hadn't worked my next (and last!) dodge would be a Dremel disc to cut an old fashioned slot...but well done. The Indian trip sounds interesting. Thanks for the vid

Its not produce sound like Harley in India we use to change silencer which is illegal causes a police fine.
