Actually কি হয় অনেক সময় অনেক artist আছেন যারা তাদের beginning life'e অনেক shy থাকে বা অনেক conservative থাকে। কিন্ত eventually তার ভেতরের জমা থাকা কথা গুলো বের হয়ে আসতে শুরু করে এবং একটা পর্যায় সেইটা যখন একটা তীব্র অবস্থানে গিয়ে দাড়ায় তখনই মনে হয় এমন podcast শুরু করে অনেকে।

O my! 😂😂 Jon bhais enthusiasm of Chinese khabar in Dhaka. I am from the same gen as he is.. I remember we used to put tomato sauce on fried rice 😅 ki moja! The part about shob dark is so real! laughed so hard. This is what I love about watching Jon's podcasts his late 80s and 90s nostalgia is epic. His eyes light up 😅😂...

Completely wrong information regarding New York bangali restaurant chef/cook, he might have seen one but generally Bengali food cook by the Bangladeshi people even India restaurant run by Bangladeshi people , Mexican people work there but they don’t cook , In Manhattan most of Indian cuisine’s owner Bengali shylti , they had to keep the Indian restaurent level because of the white customers . Believe me , me and my husband live on these Deshi restaurant , we know in and out abt Jackson heights , Astoria and Jamaica restaurants or queens Deshi restaurents ,
Most of Deshi restaurent do not maintain good quality or might not have professional chef for sure but some of the restaurants have real good food , hilloh Bhai’s information completely wrong , fact checks needed . There are three Deshi Chinese called sagor Chinese , they try to give us Deshi Chinese , their chef are Chinese / Asian .
