    I like the idea behind the graphic, or at least how I see it. The BBC is receiving information chaotically from around the world from many sources, and it's its job to make sense of it all and transmit it to the nation.

      Without wanting to sound like a dick, some very quick and basic research would give you the answer to that. All writers should know how to do that sort of research.
