Well I'll be darned white peaches are out there. They look a little smaller than the ones we buy up here in Canada. It sure does look like a lot of work but well worth it. You're lucky to be able to grow and harvest so much of your food 'cause as you said we don't know what they're putting in the food these days. I've done strawberry jam as well as canned beets but that's it for me. You can't beat homemade. Thanks for sharing Kimmie XO
