Futo’s and other tow companies are suing the city for not allowing them to auction off cars that the owners want pick up.. can’t blame them.. they only have so much land..🤷🏽
I’m convinced they just ignore the consequences and do whatever makes them happy in the moment. Then they get enraged when the consequences arrive. They think the world owes them about a million breaks and leniency that stretches to the horizon and well beyond. It’s like reparations, they would never be satisfied with million dollars. In a year they would be back screaming for more.
I give you a LOT of credit for doing that job sir. Just the maneuvering that is involved with that big truck in sometimes tight spaces, and also all that heavy traffic you need to be in down in that area all the time. It gives me anxiety just looking at that traffic, and I'm sitting in front of my computer. Definitely NOT an easy job - especially with all the "extra" stuff that can come along with it. Weird people out there, we have had people leave their vehicles blocking our driveway because they can't get up the hill in the winter or flooding down the road the other way. It's our only way in or out, we live back in the woods and tree's block everything else. Stay safe out there Johnny
Check with your local county/state laws to see what the law is regarding the blocking of driveways. Some places only have laws regarding drop kerbs and if you dont have such then there wont be much you can do about it. Otherwise if there are laws regarding such you could get them towed by the police.

Certain homes attract trouble. Vehicles keep hitting the homes for various reasons, vehicle's tear up yards, private property space is used for turning areas, etc. I often read on the internet homes that have had home damage for the umpteenth time since the same owner has lived there, etc. People don't care anymore. If the man got a security camera, he could record activity and report incidents to the police for trespassing on his property and they'd be fined. Or a sign saying that 'you are under camera range and the disc will be sent to the police for trespassing charges'. But if your suspicion is correct and the car has been stolen, I doubt the person will be caught. Good people don't need troubles like this. Great video Johnny! Red minivan: bet driver ran out of fuel. Probably a company car, various employees use it as needed, don't bother putting fuel in it and eventually it goes dead because it has no fuel left.
Glad to see you working on other types of tows. However, my question is this: Does the State of Georgia allow you to film interactions at the lot with customers when they arrive to get their vehicles?
Georgia is a one-party consent state when it comes to recording conversations, that includes recordings made in private meetings and from phone calls, however do check the laws when it comes to recording people who you know are not in your state because if they are within a state that require two-party consent, you are breaking the law in their state in regards to any recording you do if you dont get their permission to record. When it comes to camera recording, it is only illegal to record anyone in secret that is in any private place and out of public view, that doesnt apply of course if the camera can be seen since they would therefore know they are being recording so cant say you were recording them secretly. PS: Be aware that if you are recording a conversation that is to protect your interests, or to protect the interests of a child, such as in family court matters or domestic abuse, the two-party consent laws dont apply in such cases. I do advise speaking to an actual lawyer in regards to such matters to be on the safe side, but most laws within states have that general protection within it. Such interests could be you recording in secret the abuse being delt to yourself/child, whether physical or verbal. Or have someone you know tries to lie their way out of things, such as an employer/boss or even another employee and constantly try and get you in trouble as well, such private recordings are protecting your legal rights in these cases, specially when it comes to an employer.

Someone parked their van blocking someone's driveway, but it looks more like they tried to pull in, and just thought "that's far enough" and just left it. Then they will return and wonder why they got towed! 😂
The van in the driveway reminded me of the time my car got stolen. The girl I was dating at the time borrowed my car and came home with it nearly empty of fuel. The guy that stole it ran out of gas just out of town, 1.5 miles from a gas station. Thief pulled the car into a random driveway. Owner saw him pull in and guessed a breakdown or out of fuel, so he just let it go since his driveway was a semicircle and my car parked didn’t block him from leaving if need be. This was like 5 am. When 3pm came and he saw it was still there, he called police just in case. Laziness saved my car.
on the last being a potential rental car in some states rental cars don't have the plates of the state they are rented out in and in others the cars have "rental" printed right on the plates which makes them susceptible to theft. in Iowa you'll not see any rental car with Iowa plates since rental companies look for states with the lowest tag/license plate fees. Texas is a highly common plate since their license fees are so cheap -- running $50.75 annually. the same plate in Iowa could cost $75-$500 a year based on the vehicle and it's original price
