Fantastic, never thought I'd hear the Yardbirds hitting me like this through the speakers. Thank you for putting out all these mixes of old hits, not many people are into this old man stuff. Many years ago I was the audio producer for a combo FM station/recording studio. Everyone thinks they're a professional now that you can do it all in a computer program, but there's still an art and a decent amount of work to making a mix sound good! Cheers, and here's hoping an official stereo mix comes in our lifetime :)
Thanks for the feedback. I'm definitely an amateur! The computer is just a tool. No fancy, expensive software is needed to make these remixes. Having an ear for music is much more important, knowing which sounds to add to the mix and in what amount, that's the part of the process that takes years of practice to get right!
