Psalm 4:8
"In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety."
This verse emphasizes trust in God's protection and can be a comforting reminder that you are safe in His care, which can help ease the mind and promote restful sleep.
Psalm 91:1-2
"Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'"

@@PrintPraySlay I’m definitely going to use this today and tonight for sure. I’ve been asking God to speak to me in the midst of this. It’s not painful but just loud enough that O can’t get to sleep like I used to. So I’ve been asking Him to speak to me and honestly the main thing I’m hearing over and over is how His word brings healing and His word is life. So I’m washing myself I. The word with my audio Bible and pretty much just letting that play as much as possible when I’m at home and in the car right now. So it’s also answering another prayer of mine to know His word more.

@@PrintPraySlay it is surprisingly doable to fit in Bible reading and/or Bible listening. I do a lot of the latter throughout the day and it’s incredible just how much you can get through with a five minutes here and there etc. I made it part of my morning routine to let my audio Bible play as I’m getting ready for my day.
