I know how you feel my daughter struggles with bulimia and I feel helpless, but she has thanked me and has said I have helped her so much, and she wouldn't be where she is without me. I bet your daughter feels the same way. When my daughter is stressed, the bulimia rears its ugly head until she gets control. I hope your daughter feels better soon. 💓
I grew up in eating chicken salad something similar to that but my mom added shredded chicken, elbow pasta, Mayo, jalapeños, carrots, diced potatoes, and shredded lettuce. It’s so good. We eat it on tostadas.

We make it the same way but we add a can of mixed vegetables Or Just Corn. Don't Worry We Shred Our Chicken With Our Hands As Well.. But for today's Sunday Dinner I am Making Albondigas Which Is A Mexican Meatball soup 🍲. And We Are Playing Mexican Bingo Called Loteria.
