Such arrogant people don't even realise we have a life outside office and that we don't get to paid on weekends and hence aren't bound to even do it :)
Then you forgetting our men are doing the same thing... overnight duties most of the time.....and also work in weekends....but we most of the time tell them they don't love us because they miss or forget one or two parties or birthdays or anniversaries.......this is one of the real pictures and the picture of their mental stress through this short films.......

In my office also I work a lot with dedication no matter how pressurised environment but they deny to give one leave and make discrimination with their favourite employees. ..😥😥and force me work on my off ..
You can take compensatory off. And would advise you not to take leaves. Company is paying you to work. Eating enjoying with your family can be done after you earn lot or after 60. Money comes first and then family. You can get lot of time to enjoy with your family after 60..Now time to work...Family will respect you only if you have money property and that comes from. Work. You have to take pressure/ eat less/ sleep less to be successful.

The transfer of duties from the arrogant Manager to the girl should be easy as the arrogant Manager did no work and just asked everyone else to do the work and took credit for it.

Reduce the expenses with same quality of work.Generally bosses have "eyes and ears" to know what really going on in their office.That boss could have realise that Akash is nothing who pass all assignments to his subordinate and get credit from it.
