i used to attend a lot of motivational seminars early on my career then life got on the way and got real busy and i stop feeding that fire within. But 10000 hours? Damn I'm not even close to that. Max I'm 2000 hours and I'm already 25. I still suck and some would say it's too late for me.
Little ones please don't waste your time. Start your journey to greatness right now or you'll regret it later. Maybe everything has its own time. I can't give up though...there's nothing else
I just started working on my goals. I have got a good job, and everything I could have been satisfied with. after my wife left me I realized it was time to put away the games, hit the weights daily, and study on my off time. I'm about to turn 24. your will and your drive will ultimately determine where you end up 40 years from now. what you do today will follow you all the way to the end. Find that motivation, start today. Look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you've had enough, your tired of being knocked down, your tired of being pushed around. Get up, and be a man, take control of your life, of your soul, take back your life. Put those hours in, you'll get something no one will ever be able to take from you, ever. Be strong, and don't make up excuses, ever.

SongzbyCA its never too late. Pick up on something you left off on as a kid and improve on it. Dont get distracted by your surrounding or failures and just keep going. Dont think or dwell too much on anything and just go all in. If you wanna succeed bad enough, you will.
It means that talent itself isn't enough. No one is born great. They had skills and crafted it. You got to put in the work. What we watch on TV, sports or otherwise, is the product of hours and hours each day of hard work.
Watching this makes me believe that anything is possible with hard work and dedication.

I remember watching this 8 years ago when I first started studying at university. It has been one of the most impactful motivational speechs, guiding philosophy’s that I have heard. I would always think about adding a small piece of paper to the stack every day, even the hard ones. I went from never wanting to take another physics class in my life to graduating earlier this year with PhD in physics. Thanks for firing me up all those years ago.

Amazing! This is the best motivational speech I have ever heard "To give up temporary comfort for something greater" and "It takes 10,000 hours to perfect your craft". As a soldier of 22 years service (current serving) I have done and can relate to both, I'm on my final 2 years as a serviceman and now training myself to become a stock market trader. I am not gay (I have nothing against gay people) but I absolute love your voice, the speech and every beat of that music! I would love you to do a video for me, I would even pay for that privilege! Great inspiration. Real shame, as the video says, that people either see a winner or a loser. So even with all the hard work and best intentions, people will still see a loser unless you go and claim your prize. When the moment comes, grab your success. There won't be any prizes for being an honorable failure.

Not sure how to describe the feeling everytime I listen to this but I have made this video my daily ritual. I jumped on a unknown path to success in 2019 with the hope I return as a winner. However, like Eddie said you fail 100x before you see hope, in the past 3 years I have failed 100x but now I see the ray of hope. I know everyone in this world has a dream, I really hope everyone gathers the courage to pursue it. Really thankful of Eddie's content and I hope you get all the success you deserve 🙌.

I have watched alot of Motivational videos but this was such a well put together speech...cause it just delivers a message i believe most people miss and its. Hard work, dedication and progression of knowledge, yet most worry more to receive validation from a social media site then give themselves a goal to receive inner validation.

amazing stuff, I always listen to these everyday to expand my mind, and my inspiration to these vids, which I love to watch, I might have a good amount of 6000 - maybe 8000 hours, but I will continue, just passing my short story on now, I have the theory of paper stacking now but before I watched this video I didn't and ill take it away and apply it to my training and everyday habits :) thanks for the thought change
