"Tips, I Wish I Knew Before Playing".. "dont place your ranged infront of your tanks"... thank you for sharing your wisdom.
I'm playing this game and I'm absolutely loving it. I've hot a roadblock though as the level 12 missions are too hard for me to proceed. I get whole party wipe outs and have no ability to get better because all missions have skull labels and are too hard. I may need to start a new playthrough and spend time upgrading the training center.
Occasionally there are some indie games that truly catch my eye. This is one of them.
A good tip you forgot is that as soon as you can you should unlock the building that awards you 60 rune fragments after every mission. I think it's the mage's hall or something? Anyway. It serves as another store where you can buy really powerful runes. You get rune fragments occasionally and you can sell trinkets for rune fragments, but getting 60 after each mission adds up.
Placing Sir Ector in charge of the Enchanted Tower is what gives you the currency needed to buy Legendary Items from there. Which kinda sucks as it forces you to have to have Sir Ector as one of your 12 Knights in every playthrough. Honestly would prefer none of the Heroes to have passive bonuses that are given by Titles and instead the Titles themselves having the bonuses, otherwise the game is pretty much forcing you to have certain heroes in order to get their Camelot Bonuses. (Some heroes don't even have Camelot bonuses, so their usefulness also wanes, especially if you recruited them and the skills they added to are terrible, as when you respec a Hero, it doesn't respec the Skills you didn't add to. Hopefully they fix that with a patch)
King Arthur: Knight's Tale has been thoroughly distracting me from playing Elden Ring. I love Celtic and Arthurian legends so this game definitely appealed to it. I have been loving it as well, great story and voice acting, love the focus on Mordred. Personally, I am going Rightful Old Faith more for roleplaying and story reasons but I am glad that no matter what, each morality path rewards you with benefits. Hate that Sir Galahad is on the Christian side but hey, I will be able to get Morgan le Fey and I don't miss out on Sir Lancelot either :D
Same, first play through Rightful Old faith. Can't wait to try the Tyrant Christian next.
Sir Galahad's whole thing is that he was a devout and moral Christian, so how are you surprised and bothered that he's on the Christian side?
Been playing this a lot lately....I do one mission and stop...so much to research and evaluate which I enjoy
Love the content Fextra
I just got this game and even though this is a old video, it sure did help me out. Thanks for thst. My favorite character is Sir Tristan and the trap's that he throws out and then he can hide. It is a lot of fun.
Gonna jump in for the first time tonight, thanks for the tips!
I am really enjoying the game, still working through the content I played in the beta so haven’t got to the new content yet. I also went rightful Christian, the perks are good and the unlockable characters in these trees appeal to me the most, especially Lancelot!
That music at the end of the video is waay ott. After such a chill video with a great voice. it hits waaaaay to hard
I bought the game and just started playing. Experimenting with the rightful-old faith path.. Great video.👍
Your review pulled me in , over elden ring. Thanks for the work it’s enjoyable and clear no bs just on top.
I'm mid game been playing with 1 (Balan or Brunor) champion 2 Defenders (Mordred and Pellas) and A Vanguard (Sir Tegyr)and have been totally fine without a ranged character, rarely get injured just keep picking armour at the fires, Sir Ector died in one of my missions but I haven't missed ranged characters at all, the archers I found to be quite weak when I could take another champion or vanguard. Anyway the game is great very enjoyable thanks for the video
Would you ever do a walkthrough or a play through of this game ?😊 I mean you are sir Lancelot after all
I'm playing it right now.
Thanks!
120G install is a deterrent and goofy AF. But I'm interested in this game - probably after a patch or two.
I agree. I dunno what assets this game has to warrant a 120GB size. It's not even an open world game. Even GTA 5 isn't that big.
The size of directory of installed game is 38,2 GB now.
What graphic settings you use? It does not look that nice on my pc
At normal diff, you can end most fights in 2-3 turns even 1 with a powerful champion + fitness influencer set up.
Lady "I slept with all the boys" Guinny(love her btw) and Sir "Simp-a-lot" are the most straight forward AP spammers to get.
Also, get 2 teleport rings and give it to your champions(kay/lanar), you deal massive AOE or power damages and don't even need squishy ranger.
I started on hard thinking I had this and then got my ass handed to me. Now I’m on Story trying to heal all my hero’s!
Explore every corner, it is worth it, and if you love Monty Python, you gonna love this.
Also, I only use Champion's Preparedness for the first time...how to use it? I don't see my hero counter attack when it's enemy turn?
Its possible back from mission to map? Because I stuck in one mission....
I love this game and I hope they revive the wargame version of it in the future.
How is the game? I just started playing Kingdom Come Deliverance.
This game remind me of banner saga + xcom
Great game. Tho I'm on the hardest setting and yeah.... it is hard.
Bought this yesterday, spent a while downloading it (123 GB??) and then upon launch it instantly crashes to desktop. Tried the few meager suggested fixes I found online, no nice. That was a fun day.
you can farm in this game? I mean just repeat 1st map(s) over and over to build your city and power up your team?
No, only one time you can go to same mission.
@@blakkvord then how you farm/level up?
@@AbdullahQumper you dont farm. Its that simple. You do a mission, get xp, spend this xp and do the next mission.
The guide was ok, Everything you said I figured out myself pretty much through playing,
my initial impressions were I really like this, I did when I first tried it, thought this is cool! Medieval X-Com!
BUT there's a few things that ruined it for me, granted I haven't played it for that long but...
- There don't seem to be any actual weapons and armour loot to get.
Just runes that you can add to your weapon to upgrade it / buff + add damage/blood etc
it's not half as exciting as finding a cool new sword and such or nicer gear.
- The battles are very repetitive and samey and I've had issues (bugs?) where my units won't attack, despite having plenty of AP and won't use potions.
- The other thing that REALLY SUCKED was the difficulty.
Normal was challenging but do-able for me but it was way too easy on story (to the point where the enemies can barely even damage your units).
*A good example of my issue - On Normal difficulty, I had a party of 5, three of them got injured on a mission - game told me it would take 5 mission to heal one of them - 5 Missions!,
Five Missions! FIVE.
Yes, you can pay to heal them in 1 mission but I could only afford to do that for one of them, which meant I now had only a party of 3, when it was already challenging with 5.
Bear in mind that the missions only get harder as you progress - so obviously it's going to be MUCH harder with 3 than 5.
My current party members are bound to get injured now that there's less of them and It hardly seems fair because now I'm stuck in a vicious cycle - when the injured in the hospice are finally healed, they're just going to be replaced with injured from my party and the constant rotating healthy/injured units thing is enough to put me off the game to be honest, so annoying.
Does this game has character editor as Dragon Age? Or you choose 1 from many as Diablo? Or you make your entire party as Icewind Dale? Or there are only 1 character by default as those JRPGs?
It's like a turn based Icewind Dale
But your main hero for the story missions is Sir Mordred
I love how difficult it is. But the game has some fps issues for me..
I started playing recently and was gutted by how bad the fps was right at the start. I experimented with lowering settings but nothing really helped. Or it helped but it looked way too ugly. Then I tried one last thing and it was lowering the resolution. I had it on 3840 x 2160 and lowered it to 2560 x 1440. The performance gain was amazing!
Here are my settings:
Windows style: Full screen
Resolution: 2560 x 1440
No FPS Limit
Idle FPS Lock unchecked
Graphics Level: Ultra! (it was on high originally on 3840 x 2160 and sucked)
Shadow Detail: High
V-Sync On (turn this off if you don't see screen tearing)
Precise GPU Shadows On (turn this off if you have a low end GPU)
Hope this helps!
What I'm getting from the comments and video: unlock all the unlockable items. Check. Will work on that asap. PS really liking the game so far.
Can anyone please make a video that SHOWS YOU how to fix the stutter, low fps, etc. ANYONE????

My game runs horribly. Would love to play it but any tips on optimization?

@@whateverfffs appreciate it! Will let you know how it works out.
@@studlyasianmatt2440 Great! A bit further in the game I encountered new performance drop. So I quit the game and set my monitor to the resolution I use in game before launching it again and it worked fine. Bit of a hassle but well worth it. I'm going to test if I can keep my monitor on native resolution and change windows style to borderless window.
It's a great and challenging game BUT having 14 enemies spawn (The Lost) again and again on a map where you only have 3 champions, as one was injured in the previous quest, sucks. It's supposed to be fun right?! Time to restart in Normal mode and not try to do it in Roguelite mode!
Anybody loved Divinity Original Sin? I LOVED that game. Do you recommend this?
any news on the ps5 release
Now at last!
Lost Ark Beginner guide?
Fixed.
good game, only bad thing is sir mordreds armor lol
This game us almost perfect. If it had full equipment for your characters with models, a custom mordrid (class, gender), ranged attack from melee range atrack of opportunity, and a disengage basic option for medium ap cost it would be the perfect game of its type.
Why is this game 120 gb
I jokingly said elsewhere that the devs accidentally zipped up their entire SSD as no game like this should be that size. Probably is hi rez textures/assets that few need and should be an optional DL.
Pretty late here, but they did an update in the past few months that drastically reduced the install size. I think it might have had something to do with fog/mist/leaf textures, but I agree, the game had no business being that big.
The size of directory of installed game is 38,2 GB now.
Hope we get co op
is there romance in this game?
No
About your PAthfinder builds. They're great, but it's really strange that you put so much effort into videos and guides, but there is no simple level for level guides to print out. Like, I'm not going to have 7 tabs open, or print 60 pages of text. I think you'd benefit for making some simple 1 or 2 page printable guides with just level for level what to pick, here's the best spells, here's the mythic path. Done.
I prefer concise and printable materials myself but these days it's all about the videos. The slobbering masses can't be bothered to even exert enough mental effort READ these days.
Isn't the point of the game to test yourself against it? If you're just following a level by level guide by someone else, I don't see the point. Just set the game at the easiest setting if you're going in for just the story...
@@jeredjamesaz The game is exactly what you want it to be, so I don't really care if you don't see a point in it.
@@adalwulf435 To each their own
Step one. Buy a new hard drive. This sucka might look like a game that should fit on a 17GB DLSS DVD - But it actually weights in at a MAHOOSIVE 120 gigs!!
Isnt this the guy who gave up on this game?
No idea what you’re talking about, I’m even in the game as Lancelot voice

not deep diving enough imo. sorry. need to know the differences of the charakters in more detail.
A other promising turn based RPG. But as a RPG fan, I still wait THE game I will ONLY play MY character and the rest of my group will be controled by the AI (or no group at all). We gonna talk about the strategy for the combat and I'll be part of the group. All those game are good, but they are more (too much) than RPG. We are God, we control everyone, every movement and attack of everyone... It's weird
Then don't play it
@@PaulRoneClarke wtf dude, they are all like that. Its literally contradictory to have a RPG where you control everyone like that
What is weird is coming to a game and requesting a genre change. How entitled are you?
@@XxKidnoffxX There is nothing explicitly singular about the R in RPG. Baldurs Gate to Divinity OS. All RPG all Multi characters.
@@PaulRoneClarke thats my point... We are playing a role, we are suppose to be the character. And a lot of RPG are that, I just dont understand why those one are different with group managment. I liked the lone wolf perk of DOS 2, but the game is still designed for group
