Join us for the Australian Army Band Corps Granting of the Freedom of Entry.
The granting of Freedom of Entry to the City enables Council to honour a distinguished unit of the armed forces, and strengthen the ties between citizens and servicemen and women.
📅 Saturday 28 May
The Australian Army Band will be granted Freedom of Entry into the City of Townsville. Located in front of Townsville City Council, 103 Walker Street at 2pm. If you can't make it on the day the Australian Army Band will be live streaming the event.
📅 Sunday 29 May
Public performance from the Army Pep Band at 10am, at the Gregory Street Amphitheatre, The Strand.
