We all appreciate Justin Fields , however if you have a chance to have another confident QB like Calib Williams for free. You have to take it.
Fields was another Trubisky but faster of course. He can't read defenses. He can't throw a receiver open. He can't hit the open short and medium range pass. 3 years was enough to see he's probably a QB2

Enough on Fields. Give it up already. He was clearly not our franchise guy. He does not have the swag on and off the field we must have in our Bears QB. Jim McMahon had it and we won a Super Bowl. Caleb has the “it” factor and he has had the mindset since he was a kid to work on and off the field to be the best QB of all time. His expectations for himself are much higher than those we have for him. That bodes well. There will be no problem winning over this team very quickly when they see this and we start winning a bunch of games.
