Nice review! I’m waiting on my 24 Trek Supercaliber 9.9 XO! The only change will be removing the RockShox dropper for a RSL seat post , saving 400ish grams. Both bikes are very similar! My buddy is getting the World Cup Pro! So we will be rippin it up in S.E. Michigan! 🤙🏻
Hey Donald, great video, appreciate your content. I am looking at a discounted 2023 Epic Pro. I hear your comments about the rear brain though. I will be using it mainly for fire roads, smooth gravel, and then some singletrack and flowy XC trails. The most technical stuff in my area is a few root gardens. The bike is at a great price but I’m just concerned about the brain. How do you recommend it for the kind of riding I describe? Thanks for your time.
Hey man, great content, I like the channel already. My question is compared to other mountain bikes, you’ve ridden and since you like technical stuff how do you think the geometry on that bike is for the tech riding? Do you feel like the handling is dialed? Is there a good balance between climbing descending and cornering?
Compared to the Epic that’s out at the time I answered this, It climbs better, it’s more raked out which makes it more stable. The WC has less rear travel but feels like it has more travel than the standard Epic. I like it more in the technical stuff then the standard Epic and think it’s faster then even the Epic Evo from point to point on a lightly tech trail but you will sacrifice comfort with the WC, all that speed doesn’t come for free.
I just can't get over that color-way. It's so good!
Beautiful MTB! Paint scheme is amazing, enjoy with health and prosperity!
Beautiful bike!!!

I think that’s the perfect terrain for that if you’re not an aggressive rider and you’re not doing a lot of jumping, the brain will work 👍
@@blackandtan.0075faster Thank you for the reply, appreciate it!
