This villa of about 300 square meters will be built next to Lake Bourget (largest natural lake in France).
The owner will enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and an infinity pool with large terrace.
The villa has a large bathroom and a large dining room. On the ground floor, a games room, office and cellar with rare bottle of wine.
