Not sure if this is an unpopular opinion or not, but I genuinely do not think that supercalifragilisticexpalidocious is a particularly difficult word to spell despite how long it is. If you sound out each individual part of the word(I break it up into super-cali-fragi-listic-expi-ali-docious in my head to make it a series of small words to spell out the same way Gigi does) it's spelled pretty much exactly how it sounds which I think makes it pretty easy to spell. Personally a much shorter word that I think is actually a decent bit harder to spell and was also used in the spelling bee is "abdomen" because if you sound it out I wouldn't blame anyone for replacing the E in abdomen with an I instead which I think makes it a much more difficult word to spell out, especially because you rarely the see whole thing spelled out as in most cases you can simply replace abdomen with just ab/abs.
