Most likely not Mary, cooler nights would probably stunt the growth in these, but they will love your garden the rest of the time! You can give it a try!

I live in Southern California is there a way I can plant these in the landscape as perennials? Or do I need to move them indoors?
They are gorgeous! How do you keep from getting water on your tables, I didn’t see any saucers?
Laura tends to move them to a sink for watering, and let's them dry there before moving back into position.
Is this indoor plant?
Caladiums can be grown outside, and then brought in for the winter in containers placed in a bright space. Some of ours are for sun only, or for sun or shade, so be aware as you look through the collection so you select the one that is best for your growing area. Enjoy!
Are these plants poisonous like poinsettia for cats?
These plants are not in the same category as poinsettia, but best to ask your vet or local extension office for their advice.
