Fresh milk 200m
50g sugar
5g salt
200g wheat flour ( not sure if it Self raising or Plain flour)
2 tablespoons of olive oil.

I also ended up with a stodgy half cooked scrambed banana whatever........not good.Going to microwave a bit longer to cook rest of uncooked dough, add other fruits and some brandy and make a messed up trifle thing. Come hell or high water its going down this gullet somehow.

I made it today. Slightly burnt on one side as I put mediums flame on a the gas stove...but after put it to slow heat, it cooked correctly on the other side. Very easy to make, and addition of milk makes it healthy...Sure I would be able to do much better next time. Thanks very much!

I call the recipe,banana pancake, not a cake.I make banana pancake,but I mashed the bananas before mixing it with the batter( I used store bought Aunt Jemima's pancake mix,no bother about the eggs,flour,baking powder being added,just use the mix,and I'll be eating my breakfast in a jiffy).

Watching from Cambodia, look delicious and easy, that is the best recipe
My top tips after making this.
1. Use a non stick pan. Having to use oil in the pan for the first sides cooking stops the caramelision of the sugar.
2. Use oil not butter for the second side as butter will burn and discolouration occur.
3. Why not use some chocolate chips to go with the banana. Always a great partnership.
4. Gentle heat throughout cooking process.
5. Serve with fresh whipped cream with vanilla extract.
6. Keep away from your kids until you have eaten your fill.

This is just the very normal Austrian "Schmarrn", which you can make using any fruit or no fruit at all. The batter resembles pancake-batter. Hint: Separate egg-white and yolk, beat white stiff and fold into batter before pouring into pan. Makes it so much fluffier.
